Nice. I'm glad to see this clip. I see this set from the Skytrain every day and always wondered what stuff was really in there other than the building cut-outs. I know they also have a fleet of Lexcorp semi-trucks parked at a warehouse behind the fake movie theater. Also there's a big black Superman symbol spray-painted on the back of the one big billboard there which is a nice touch for outside folks to know what set this is.
