great memories. I spent all my money playing pinball at the bowling alley in Hot Springs. Downtown we had an arcade called playland. I was about 12 years old. The had to bingos upstairs and they let me play them. But I could not cash out. If the adults wanted to play, I had to give up the machines to them. I was lucky and won lots of games. The adults would buy them from me. SO at a early age I was hooked! Enjoy your videos, thanks Tim D

Nice Video Vic If weather gets better you should do a live video of how your old Newark summer ave home, candy store, etc.... looks today and do a live video of how great that area was when you were young. It would be nice to get a mental pix of your nice stories. Newark New Jersey is a very nice place. I'm sure it was more happening in the 60s/70s, but Newark looks alot of things are happening for a better future. I really like visiting Newark, it right up there with The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. Fun city, amazing food, nice buildings.
Hi Bronx Kid...I already have taken some pictures of Summer Ave in Newark of the candy store and more. My next trip to Summer Ave will be a video of my old house, candy store, Essex Catholic HS and more. Be on the lookout for that video it should be cool to see that area. Thanks for the suggestions and the king words of the NJ largest city of Newark. Stop by we love to hear from you again. Oh by the way I was Rob's pinball party yesterday and my collector friend Chuck who was attending, said you are 2nd in line for one of his King of Diamonds. I'll keep you posted.
@viccamppinball Thank you Vic I will let you know, my next trip over. I should of visited again this weekend attend e.m party. I'm just 7.5rs away, so not always possible if course. I guess since you have such a great circle of amazing circle of friends. I might add another pinball to my collection. I'm not sure which one But between -Gottlieb king of diamonds/diamond jack -gottlieb rockstar/blue note -Williams skill pool I have a tough choice to decide. Keep an eye for me, if any of those titles come up for sale Have a wonderful week. Clemente from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
No problem Clemente. I am going to be contacting a longtime friend in the hobby that is moving to Florida soon and is selling near 75 EM machines. I know he has a totally restored King of Diamonds. He is a New York resident and loves add a balls. Maybe he is willing to let go his King of Diamonds since its a replay game. I will ask about the other games on your wish list too Talk to you....
Yes your right the sound is a little low, but for sure I am learning more and more on each video I make. Next video should have better quality sound. Thank you for letting me know and drop by again and leave another comment or question anytime.
You have a great memory to remember all of those wonderful stoties, the names of some of the arcades and games you played. The game you're leaning on, is it the actual one your dad btought? Either way, I guess you had to have it. Thanks for the video.
It is not the actual one my Dad bought, but you never know since i did buy the one in my collection at the present time in a town close by Clifton NJ in the early 1990's. Thanks for the nice comment and the question. I am always interested in hearing from others. Stop by soon again.
