Fudge is legit the best NA top I don't really get the Fudge hate. He's been performing solid with no resources up until worlds and he was consistently voted one of the best tops by all the other players in LCS

@@tristan9565Dhokla is better plus he can actually perform internationally unlike fudge who hasn't performed internationally for the past 3 years. He didn't have the cleanest performance domestically too, so that's why the fudge hate bud
@@tristan9565 Fudge NEVER performed internationally. Domestically he is the best talent. But internationally both Licorice and Dhokla performed way better this year.

We import every year. Doesn't help our region. Why are we talking about Jojo opening up an import who doesn't speak the Language, or know the culture. Ever fucking year. They win LCS but do shit internationally. Plenty of hungry players here. I feel like im in a fucking time loop

Well he has a valid point in regards to players, I think the Val is a good example of NA having plenty of local talent. That and NRG who is mostly made up of NA players performing the best this year. Importing /= doing better internationally, so why do it?@@onigiri9964

corejj to c9. let corejj and berserker lane together and give C9 and NA a slight percentage to perform better internationally.
despite people flaming corejj, he's still playing insanely well in both official games and in his streams.

@@TheFurnace69 every support in NA has been mediocre. And to be fair, Yeon was not the best, CoreJJ is not going to look well if he doesn't play with a good adc.
No point to import a support if they can just get CoreJJ who has his green card. Better to import a top or jungler.
Core has been like 5th support in the League the entire year. He's been on the decline for two years at this point. I wouldn't want a LCS mid tier support for my all star adc. This guy use to run the league after all. He's gonna have to have a standout split to be considered moving to another top team at this point. @@MThingz

all LCS supports are mid tier (INCUDING CORE), re-read my argument. Core has the highest ceiling compared to the rest. trying to rate vulcan, eyla, huhi, zven, or ignar above core from this year's lcs games is wild af because they were all trash

Even if C9 has Blaber and Jojo, I think Berserker deserves to be on a good LPL or LCK team. I want him to have international success.
but look at who his competition is in those regions, just to make it there in the first place, let alone do something internationally. at least in NA he can make worlds consistently.
I don’t get why people keep saying this. All of the contender teams in the LPL/LCK already have high quality ADC’s that they already know work with their org structures, so Berserker would either be lower tier in those regions or he could be a title contender and attend int’l events from NA.
Yeah and which top team in LPL or LCK should he be an adc replacement for??

Lck is extremely loaded at adc. Some of the international Koreans may go back too, like prince and ruler. I dont think he is gonna make as much money in lck.

C9 has been my team since before I was even a league player but I admit the current squad was not doing it for me. My hopes since before worlds were #1 that they replace EMENES with Jojo (✅), and #2 that they replace Fudge with a proven import. We shall see if that one happens. I just don't like the vibe that Fudge brings, he's talented but he thinks he's way better than what he actually is. He often ints at horrible times. He's also very egotistical even though he's not that good. He's top tier for LCS top laner standards but that's not really saying much. But in the end it's not so much about his play as it is about his personality, I don't think he's good for the team in that regard. We shall see.
Unlike you, I'm not even a fan of C9, but I couldn't agree more with you about Fudge. He's certainly a decent player, but his attitude is crap. If I ever hear a player say "f*ck you" to their fans faces like he did--yes, even to the doubters/haters--I will remember that forever. It's not the sort of thing any fan easily forgets. He will never have my support again.
I would be amazed to see Emenes completely out of league over this... Svenskeren played for years after straight up racism.
Imo the problem with C9 is mid/jgl. Zven Berserker is the best NA bot lane, and zven had great map presence all worlds. No play happened without zven initiating it. Fudge is still thhe best NA top laner. Emenes imo looked fine not great but not bad.
The only player I had issue with was Blaber. He has 3 of the best western mid laners and he can't get anything done except flipping scuttle. His play style is too passive and reactive. He never made proactive plays unless support rotates to initiate. I do think emenes being replaced is a definite upgrade, but I just think Cloud 9's team identity is really poor and the main culprit from what I see is blaber. Jgl controls the early and mid game.
They look like they just want to play like an LCK team slow and steady than force teamfights. I think thats only good if u have godly mechanics or significant draft advantages, but no team in NA will ever have mechanics to match the east, and they always flip draft. I much prefer TL's and NRG's approach to the game when it comes to international play. That's why contractz looks so good. It's because he's so proactive which gives them the chance for upsets.
c9s drafts have been subpar all year. Fudge isn't great on renekton and blaber doesn't play well with squishy jng. Yet we seem to draft them constantly.
The biggest win is not that C9 got Jojo, but that 2nd rated rejected korean MEMENES is finally out of job
