Shameless, insensitive, rude team. Good at misleading customers. Sales team and ops team both dont response after getting final installment of payment They use MDF for back pannels and they never tell during 1st payment of 5%, nor do they share any material details at that time. Still they want to they are transparent.
I can prove this with screen shots of chat about how irresponsible they are... and not bothered about customers.... My designer for project changed 3 times.. my customers manager got changed 2 times...my cheap sales executive never replied... this is the actual ground reality of Homelane.
It is compulsory to pay them in advance. After they will keep coming with excuses whenever u tell them to do anything in interior and to rectify their faulty work.
