This judge is sketchy af. Her father was a judge whom she looked up to very much and became a prosecutor and a judge after solely because they were so close. That father was Chris Albert’s FREAKING LAWYER in 94 I believe. How crazy is it that he also helped Chris Albert get out of a murder trial when he hit and killed a man while he was drunk. Just a huge conflict here and nobody is talking about it. She should never have been the judge.

Most of the money is exhausted during the original trial, so the defendant ends up pleading and getting time served, while the real perpetrators walk free. I couldn't believe her the other day when the defense atty was trying to argue his side, and the judge kept trying to hurry him, cutting him off, and was audibly sighing repeatedly in annoyance that Yanetti wasn "taking too long". One of Brian Alberts best friends that was not there that night went to the feds and described Johns wounds to a tee and said he had a seizure and vomited after his head injury. This was right after it happened. He said he was told by someone there that night what happened. He disregarded his friendship with Brian and reported what he was told. At least someone did the right thing
This was the worse day for the judge. She tried to uphold the objection for the messages. She said he couldn’t display the messages bc she was rushing him. This was such a huge moment compared to all the time Lally spends on confirming that yes, it was snowing. Overall she just looked so mad that this was so incriminating. The first time I truly saw and agreed with the bias.

I'm 73 and I've seen and admired a lot of great defense attorneys in my life. My advice to those on the stand facing such an attorney would be this: listen very carefully to each question that is asked.Then, answer truthfully to the best of your ability. Don't think you're going to outsmart them. Good lawyers study for 8-10 years before opening their own firm. Where would we the people be without good defense attorneys?
You're right. But it's said to think of all the indigent defendants who have been railroaded because they could never afford a dream team like this one. Every single defense attorney does this and judges do not respond like that. Also you mis read or misunderstood what I was saying about the harassment. It isn't about if the harassment is good or bad for the jury to hear, it was not supposed to come in and the context of a question the defense asked the judge allowed it in. The problem is, the defense had been using that same context for two weeks on other things but this was allowed in? Every single attorney I've watched called BS on it. One of Brian Alberts best friends that was not there that night went to the feds and described Johns wounds to a tee and said he had a seizure and vomited after his head injury. This was right after it happened. He said he was told by someone there that night what happened. He disregarded his friendship with Brian and reported what he was told. At least someone did the right thing

Karen was framed. That text was the smoking gun for me.
This was the worse day for the judge. She tried to uphold the objection for the messages. She said he couldn’t display the messages bc she was rushing him. This was such a huge moment compared to all the time Lally spends on confirming that yes, it was snowing. Overall she just looked so mad that this was so incriminating. The first time I truly saw and agreed with the bias.
The Judge is so flustered I would call it a mini melt down like a belligerent teenager with all her huffing & puffing. She also comes off as very unprofessional.

To be fair those printouts were really bad, someone needs to upgrade their copier. A lot of copiers and printers are bad at printing white text that way.

I'm 73 and I've seen and admired a lot of great defense attorneys in my life. My advice to those on the stand facing such an attorney would be this: listen very carefully to each question that is asked.Then, answer truthfully to the best of your ability. Don't think you're going to outsmart them. Good lawyers study for 8-10 years before opening their own firm. Where would we the people be without good defense attorneys?

If you didn't see his video from the other day when he sat in court, he said he noticed the jurors rolled their eyes at the judge. They don't seem impressed. Which I'm glad because her behavior could have a direct impact on their decision if she leans one way or another.

@maanmohammad8459 not when the witnesses are not being forthcoming and holding back an answer that they know the answer to. Attorneys already know but the witnesses have to say it not them. Every single defense attorney does this and judges do not respond like that. Also you mis read or misunderstood what I was saying about the harassment. It isn't about if the harassment is good or bad for the jury to hear, it was not supposed to come in and the context of a question the defense asked the judge allowed it in. The problem is, the defense had been using that same context for two weeks on other things but this was allowed in? Every single attorney I've watched called BS on it. These are practicing attorneys with a degree by the way.

@@vincedidiana5781 ...There are two different types of Lawyers: (1) Those that can easily memorize Law & Case Law in order to make appropriate Objections & Motions, and (2) Those that can piece together all the little tidbits of info (testimony & evidence) into "The Big Picture" while being able to retain all that info as it relates to relevance, objections, & rulings... while also being able to easily "pivot" based on testimony & rulings: I believe the 2nd one would be a skill akin to a *_Computer Programmer_* or *_Software Engineer:_* Both have a "plan" in their mind, but both have to be able to adjust that plan based on "problems" that arise. EDIT: Sorry, I believe there's a 3rd type that FAILS at Private Practice: Those types of "Lawyers" become Judges :P
