Hey Paloma! I'm a makeup artist who has worked in theater and wanted to give you a tip! Primer is great, but not always necessary! I find trying to have thin layers helps the makeup to stay best and also, using a setting spray as your primer! I would often use Urban Decay All Nighter spray or Charlotte Tilbury's setting spray before AND after makeup and that would often help actors who were moving a lot! I'm really enjoying your videos! Thanks for the fun behind the scenes!

Ok a few years ago Mario and I went on vacation and I got a cold day 1 and I ran to the pharmacy and got Zicam and tea and I was 100% better the next day and for the rest of the trip. That shit works.
I found the recommendation to get a neti pot to be a life changer. I used to get sinus infections that lasted forever. Now, the symptoms are barely there before they're gone. I also try to drink Celestial Seasonings Vitamin C Shine daily (100% of your daily amount in 1 cup) and occasionally Tension Tamer for the B vitamins. I get my zinc from a blackberry tea (I think Bigelow). You don't wanna know how much tea I have. 😂
Hi Paloma! I’m a hairdresser and there is a difference in Dandruff and dry scalp.
Dandruff is a fungus, to get rid of fungus you have to dry it out. Head and Shoulders literally drys out your scalp! Which is great… if you have dandruff.
Dry scalp is just like when your face it’s dry (remember it’s all skin). So to help with a dry scalp you actually a shampoo that’s hydrating, or a mask, or even an oil like the one you used.
I feel like so often we have dry scalps and assume that it’s dandruff, which ends up just making it worse for us when we use dandruff shampoo. Anywho, just a tip for anyone reading this. If you think you have dandruff see a dermatologist if possible, they can help you the most with finding the right shampoo!

I tore a couple of ligaments in my ankle recently, and one thing that’s been so useful is getting ankle-specific ice packs off of Amazon! They wrap all the way around so you don’t have to reposition them, and they secure in place with a long velcro strap. Hoping your ankle keeps getting better!

Stores put out alot of duffles for back to school. You need a bigger bag. Or even a small rolling suitcase. Its an investment in your career and the future. You could use it on trips.

About your ankle - sometimes the ligaments get trapped when you roll it (they stretch to accommodate the roll, then can't get back into place) which feels really uncomfortable. The pop back into place will be those ligaments going back into place. Hopefully you'll feel better now.
Also I was told that head and shoulders is pretty harsh and breaks down the top layer of skin on your scalp, so as it's growing back it's flakey and that's why it looks wackadoodle SOS rip our scalps
