ECA is not required for work permit, but when you apply for your PR at that time, it will be required. So better to apply for ECA When you are in your home country.

@@narinderkaur479 for LMIA, they don't need your property details. For LMIA they will only require your resume and work details. After your LMIA is approved, then you have to go for Medical and show as much as detail you can, like finances, bank statement. These all details require when they will apply for work permit. LMIA is mainly for company to show that company is eligible to hire you.
