I made one of these about 4 years ago and hung it on my porch, I have the largest one in town and get a lot of traffic at night due to all the lights on it.
I never tried to hang it, I always used the legs with the stand but I guess if you wanted to hang it, just don’t attached the legs. I would use something heavy duty to secure it when hanging it though because this wreath is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely need someone to help you secure it if you want to try hanging it. Hope that helps.
It’s easier if you have someone assist you when you move it. I found it best to make a space in the garland so that you can get a grip of the backdrop bar. The garland is flexible which makes it easy to move it up or down to create an open space big enough for your hands to grab onto the metal underneath. This goes for the pool noodles on the backdrop bar as well. Hope that helps! 😊
Yes, it is very sturdy, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor decoration! Just make sure you hot glue the ornaments onto the garland. I recommend you use plastic instead of glass ornaments, that way you have a safe and easier removal when you take everything down. 😊
I didn’t have any issues with it falling forward due to the backdrop stand I used to make this wreath. I got the circle backdrop from the website efavormart. If you want, you can add weights to the legs of the backdrop stand, that way you have more stability. Hope that helps🤗
Amazing!! ❤

Wow! I just know that it looked beautiful on your porch😍! Wreaths are one of my favorite things to decorate for the holidays!😊
So did you use that same Wedding arch and just hung without using the stand?
I want to make one and just hang outside my garage
