Don !!!! I have a question. Total boat has polyester structural putty.Is this the same stuff that you are using thicken risen or the nick name peanut butter ?? Thanks !!!
I imagine that is just a "pre-made" putty. I make my own using silica, if I need even more strength I'll ad milled fibers along with it. In this video I incorporated wood flour "Saw dust", But that is best reserved for epoxy.
@@dondoesit Thanks !!! I'm restoring a 1976 Mako-17 I was told to use total boat structural putty to bond floor to stringer.I was watching your video for the bow deck then i started to wounder that was i using the wrong stuff.

@@chuckb5534 yes, that most certainly needs to be bonded. Using that quantity I would probably purchase a pale
