Thanks for the request. Luna doesn't yet support any controllers, but we hear rumors that this is coming from Universal Audio.

Question. What are those additional meters present to the right side of your tracks in your Pro Tools Mix Window? I have never seen this before?

To see Gain reduction metering go to Preferences>metering>Display and select “show track gain reduction Meter.” Also select “meters & faders” in View>mix window views. It gives a general reading on how much work the compressors on that channel are doing.

@@SteveSZ27 Thank you very much and I am thankful that you replied. This is a very nice feature that I literally have never seen anyone use. From looking things up, it seems this is a feature that debuted in PT 11 and up. I am still on PT 10 and had no intent on upgrading being that things did what I needed. Now you have encouraged me to look into the new additions and features in newer Pro Tools versions to see what else I am missing. One of the original main deal breakers for me was the loss of my many plugins in RTAS TDM format. I do understand the benefits of AAX but I did not want to lose so many that I rely on and have to do tons of work to see which manufacturers have created 64bit AAX versions of my particular plugins. Then have to pay some of them for an upgrade. Whats your take on this issue? Are there any workarounds for this?

@@teknomaatix7654 I was heavily invested in TDM for a long time, but I had to upgrade so I bit the bullet and switched to HD Native and I never looked back. The vast majority of my plug-ins were free updates and the rest were easy to replace. That kind of overhaul is definitely a hurdle but I've got more power and flexibilty. Make the change when it's right for you, but you probably won't regret it.

It cuts off right when the fader automation is about to be explained. What gives?

Where are you seeing this? We're seeing the full video here. Where in the time are you seeing this issue?

Very informative - thank you ! Next time turn down the music track maybe :) - a little distracting. Noticed that in your other video as well...

Can you create new tracks with the controller? I would like to avoid the mouse as much as possible.

Sorry, but I don’t know of an equivalent for shift-cmd-n on the ProX.
