To make the chicken crunchier, double fry and maybe use orange marmalade for more orange taste :) Love your mayo dipping sauce will try this next time. Love you!!

Miss Juday sa ngayon nagiipon and nagpa-practice na ako ng mga Christmas and New Year’s menu. Yung medyo kakaiba pero pasok parin sa lasa ng mga pinoy. BTW I have tried your Tonkatsu pero ginawan ko ng japanese curry sauce parang katulad sa Yabu. Masarap yung tonkatsu fave nila dito sa bahay.
Na shookt din ako kasi black yong orange chicken 😂 kasi yong napanuod ko sa yong chinese talaga yong nagluluto, orange talaga ang kulay. Pero muka namang masarap kasi I personally not that much into sweet dishes haha

I think instead of orange chicken, you should have made lemon butter chicken which is more familiar to Pinoy's taste.
