Love the series Meaty! I’m really considering playing the game myself because I enjoy watching you play it! a couple of hints:
- You can place radiators inside each room to increase the value of the house.
- You can always change the style of furniture after you place them, using your flipper tool Change Style option. So I’d encourage you to look after each piece’s customization options because each piece has different configurations.
- You can indeed have a Bar overhang using your Change Style mode after selecting the cabinets with it. It’s one of the selectable options at the top of the menu that’s like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc… I forgot the exact name of the feature.
Just have some fun with the customization and the game tools, like add marble or stone cabinet tops, painting is also a thing you can customize a little better I’d say if you choose like shades of colors (for example, shades of Blue, Green, or Red. Along with the material) at the customization menu. I think there’s a lot you can do better if you use the game features provided. Thanks for the series and the great videos as always :) !

One other thing, is landscaping. It’s affects the value of the house like radiators inside the rooms :)
