Is this suggested as a warmup prior to snatching? Or possibly an emom just drilling the skill as accessory? Just wondering what the suggestions are for working this in.
Both. Keep it light on your warm ups and you could push it a little more as an accessory but no wrong answer to this. Either way you are working on your skill/technique
