MR2 is becoming one of your proper cleanest build, with both interior work, cleaned painted engine bay, and you clean up everything before reinstalling them. very refreshing to see 💯

If you had a UA-cam channel you would understand why channels do that... A lot of them get sponsors and have to wait on them for weeks or even months and you also need to keep making content or the people won't come to your channel regularly.. he obviously knows what he's doing lol

Mishimoto also makes a silicone radiator hose kit for the sw20 i would highly recommend acquiring. Well worth the upgrade. Get those 20 year old hoses off that thing.

Practice
Kyle went to school for welding! So I'm sure hes had alot of practice.
Just takes time, eyesight, steady hands, a decent welder, wire, some scraps to work with, and an afternoon. You could watch some welding tips on UA-cam first.

He's got skills man it all just comes down to practice though

Please please put the o2 sensor on the bottom side of the x pipe to make it look clean from above
Read that you don't want that because of condensation and it'll ruin the sensor.
Na.. I agree it would look better but the O2 needs to be either at an angle or pointing down so it doesn't fill with condensation and rust.

Funny, these Mishimoto rads are known to leak on the fittings for the sensor and drain. Wanna know what doesn't? The $100 eBay copies. I've fixed 3 Mishimoto rads with the same issue and none of the copies have ever leaked. Good luck with that sucker, hope they fixed their issues with it!
This thing must have a huge coolant capacity. Over 13L

@@gasscooterdude nah , generators use all kinds of remote cooling systems and can add many times the capacity of the original setup just in the plumbing to and from the rad.
Where people get in trouble is placing the components in lower or higher positions than original.

I believe u use the weather stripping in between the radiator and the shroud to seal gaps and to prevent any vibration noises
