I have a very, very physical career to were I deal with working in changing seasons.. 9-10hours a day, 5 days a week. I’ve been Olympic Lifting for the last 6 months. I train 3/4days a week. My career is very strenuous on my body.. lots of bending and lifting. I know it’s a stretch asking for advice through UA-cam but why not.. any nutritional advice you could throw me?

This is false information. Weight training does not stunt growth. Especially, for your age it important to get stronger to hang with other wrestlers. Hope this helps 👍
