stuffed crust chicken bread pizza|| Easy recipe || cook book 📖

stuffed crust pizza is really easy to make at home now..so skip the pizza delivery tonight because homemade even tastes better.
start with pizza dough and for it me need:
4 cups of all_purpose flour
add 1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
4 tsp instant yeast
2 tbs oil
1 egg (at room temperature)
mix all these ingredients
now knead it with luke warm water and make a firm dough...
cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 1 hour
for the stuffing, we have 1 1/2 cups of boiled and shredded chicken..
take a pan and add boiled chicken and oil in it..cook for 4-5 min and then add 2 tbs all_purpose flour.. cook for 2-3 min and then add 1/2 cup of milk...add 3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp black pepper..
after 2-3 min, add 1/2 cup of milk again and cook until it thikens..now add capsicum and cook for 2 min and turn off the flame...
white sauce chicken is ready..
for chicken topping, take half kg boneless chicken cut in cubes..
in a pan, heat 2 tbs of oil and add chicken..
when chicken changes its colour,add 1 tsp salt
1 tbs tikka masala
2 tbs soya sauce
cook until water dries...
now take the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts..take 1 part and roll it out..
take a pizza pan and grease it with oil..place the flattened dough in it..
take the white sauce chicken and put it around the edges of the dough, fold the edges over the crust, and press down tightly..
now poke holes in the centre of the dough with a fork and spread pizza sauce and chedder cheese gradually..now add cooked chicken and again add cheese..now add vegetables like capsicums and onions cut in cubes with some black olives..
brush th edges with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds..
in the end,sprinkle some Italian herbs on ur pizza and bake it for 20-25 min in pre_heated oven at 180° C..
