I don't know if you can do anything about it, but there are pop up ads appearing during this meditation, which is quite off-putting, since I am trying to reach the ineffable name of G-d. Can you remove them?

Hi - I would suggest to print out a document containing all letters of the Aleph Beis, and then to study them until you are able to close your eyes and visualize them in your mind's eye without looking. This may take some time.
I do not, sorry. I would recommend to use unstructured meditation music for this; something in the 527/528 Hz range. I personally like this one: ua-cam.com/video/hdmvMc7TZn0/v-deo.html. Start with the Shem Havaya and then work your way from there into Hayah, Hoveh Veyihyeh.

How can a person who has never seen these letters put them in their mind. I find it difficult any suggestions?
