- My Pulsar is broken.... again!! In this episode we have some repairs to carry out in the coolant system before handing the car to Danny at the paint shop to finally get the bodywork issues sorted. Then all going well we plan to take it to the Scottish festival of motoring in Edinburgh.

Great video,currently getting my gtir back up and running after sitting in my garage for almost 17 years…..spent a small fortune on it,wheels,Suspension,stand alone ecu,mishimoto ali rad,massive turbo and stainless manifold….still not running yet lol but cleaning,rust treating,painting….enjoying doing it.Look forward to more on the pulsar,thought of doing some sort of channel on mine but don’t really have the time(editing,hate it lol)mines a wide arch….Subaru RA roof vent😉👍
Glad you've not given up on it. I almost did a few times and now loving the fact I didn't. The channel side of things is good if you get paid 🤣. The time I spend filming and editing I could have built 5 cars but at the same time it encourages me to fix them for content so it's a catch 22 🤣. Thanks for watching we really appreciate it 👍🏻😁

Hi there, ive been really enjoying the channel and following along with your cars. Your Pulsar is an absolute dream car for me, i first learnt about them through playing Gran Turismo 1 as a kid, and finally seeing it on the road in the last video was amazingly heartwarming. My personal keeper car is an old Honda Civic which used to be my granddads and i actually learned to drive in it as well. Its been in the family since 2001, and i took ownership of it a few years ago and since had a long journey with it getting it right. So I fully understand the emotions that you've gone through with your Pulsar. Keep up the great work. 👍
Love this comment!! I have an unbelievable love for Hondas. A boy in my village had a Pulsar and I walked past it every day on the way to my friends house, it always caught my attention and I said I would one day buy one. I'm now good friends with the boy and own my own Pulsar. Relationships with cars aren't easy so I appreciate getting to hear about other people's passions. I've struggled for years with mental health and anxiety but cars somehow make escape everything when I'm working on them. Thanks for your support and we really appreciate you watching the channel 👍🏻👍🏻
@@identitycarcare477 That's amazing that you've kept in touch and ended up being good friends. I'm the same with mental health mate, depression and anxiety etc, it completely effects my life. Cars can be tricky in regards to that as well, it's enjoyable to jump in my car and go for a drive around, but at the same time they can be very easy to worry about, so I find it a very difficult balancing act really. So I ended up buying myself a 'normal' car that I can use all year round and not worry about.
Water into plug 1 is a classic GTI-R issue especially if you have a front mount intercooler. Years ago when mine was misfiring I took the plug out and turned it over and water shot out 8ft high. You can get a strip to seal them off

Think we'll all always be working on the Pulsars 😂. I've got some big overhauls planned for the winter. I've enjoyed using it this year so it's time to throw money at it 😂.
That Jimmy clip brings back bad memories....... i have a 5 Turbo that was overheating as the rad fan was shot, i lent over the inner wing just as the plastic cap failed and shot coolant up both arms and under my chin, the antifreeze acted like suger which stuck to me.... that little adventure got me a week in the burns unit as a result. 😪 All good now but even taking a rad cap off cold makes me cringe.
Wow 🤯 hope you're okay now. Easy enough done especially when it's rad caps and not expansion caps. I'll let Michelle read this so she understands the dangers after he " anticlimactic comment 🤦"
