nice work, amazing skill too. One question where do i can learn all this lightning effects thats being casted on top of different matterials? also for this kind of projects do you have references as well? or you did it by experience?
Thanks, man! Styding materials, how they work, shine, reflect, receive light and so on. Real life references helps a lot, but we need to stylize them :) Video game references and other Artist works are also great inspiration. And a lot of practice hehe
On your website you said that there will be a "Modular Assets Course" coming in the future. Are you planning on including stuff like tiling textures and walls/interior stuff. Or would it mainly be separately unwrapped modular objects?
@@Wenedi Tiling textures, modular parts, trimsheet, and everything to build a modular Asset like House, Dungeon, or Throne room interior. Of course all models textured :)
Hi, I'm an animation and digital art student and I'm very interested in learning more about this. But I only have photoshop and substance painter, do you think I can get a similar result or is 3D Coat really a must?
@@SEHjefe You can get pretty similar result in Substance, this one isn't a difficult painting. 3DCoat just have a better brush engine for handpaint. 3DCOAT student license is 3 eur btw :)
Hi, beginner here. How do you hide specific parts of an object, like in this video the frame gets hidden and only crystal part is visible? When I use Hide tool my whole object disappears.
@@Monika-yg6fu Hi, hide tool hides per connected object. I often use splited mesh for more comfortable paintings, that later can be joined if needed :)
