'The sand was like quicksand:' Park rangers warn of sinkholes along Popham Beach

From a riptide and undertow to a sunburn and sand in your eyes, there are all sorts of hazards to watch out for when hitting the beach this summer.
But there's a hazard you may not have heard of before, not on a Maine beach anyway. When you think of quicksand, you may picture a movie star sinking into the sand before being rescued, but that’s exactly what happened to a woman at Popham Beach State Park this past weekend.
