To be honest I don't think Ulf even meant to show off. I think Silverwing just got excited and since they both have known King's Landing as home she went back there for fun. After the ambush Aemond sprung at Rook's Rest, if Rhaenyra was going to bait out Vhagar she'd do it a lot more carefully, and almost certainly use Syrax or Moondancer to bait the trap (Vermax would serve too but Rhaenyra's not going to put Jace in harm's way that directly). Both are fast and small enough, with experienced enough riders to evade Vhagar and scorpion bolts long enough to isolate Vhagar away from King's Landing where the other dragons could emerge from hiding to surround Vhagar.
I think he’s lucky Vhagar listened since she didn’t seem to quick to turn around. She has a track record for doing what she wants and she was clearly calling for all the smoke. 😂

At first I said to myself “this idiot just took the dragon for a casual stroll down kings landing for the first time?” Then once I saw the Queen with Syrax next to her, Vermithor behind her, and silver wing which made me realize this was part of her plan. Brilliant
Nah Ulf got on Silverwing and they were right there at the exit of the pits when they met each other, you can see that with all the daylight and the huge opening in that whole scene... and Silverwing is a jokester and took him for a ride he wasn't expecting. Rhaenyra didn't even know Ulf had gotten Silverwing yet til she went outside. And the dragon next to her was Seasmoke not Syrax, Addam was on Seasmokes back riding him in the scene. And the point of the whole scene was to show all of Rhaenyra's new dragons that can be used in war now, not Syrax and 2 of the 3 (soon to be 4 but no one there knows about Bhaela and Sheeostealer yet)
The Silverwing downplay. Jaehaerys once said that no threat in the world could challenge the might of Vermithor AND Silverwing together after 3 Dragon Eggs got stolen. Silverwing may be a docile Dragon, very friendly and kind. But make no mistake, underestimate her in battle and you're dead. Even with a newbie rider, Silverwing is a threat to any Dragon in the skies. She probably would lose 1v1 with Vhagar, but add in any other adult Dragon and she wins.
I mean, Meleys already gave Vaghar a run for her money, Imagine a 3 or 4 vs. 1 at dragonstone (enemy base)... Vaghar wanted the smoke, but Aemond knew that was suicide lol
Vhagar would have lost to Caraxes and Melyes together. 2v1 for dragons is pretty OP, as when they lock together they are immobile and defenseless. She might have won against Syrax and Vermax, but even adding Seasmoke into the fright would probably meant doom for the old dragon. Vermithor and any other dragon together would likely win against Vhagar alone. All 5 dragons combined was a fight Vhagar couldn't hope to achieve anything in.
@@GLitiatc0 It's even mentioned in the book that Meleys would have had a decent chance in a 1v1 (in the book she is fighting Sunfyre and Vhagar at the same time). Meleys isn't that much smaller, and way faster. It's not emphesized in the show that much, but speed is very important in a dog fight. The way Vhagar won was honestly a little stupid, as there was no way she could have gotten that amount of vertical speed from beneath cover of the castle.
We can't say that ,vermithor is indeed described as the most ferocious dragon ,and he does have the abilities to defeat even balerion with the help of any other one imagine caraxes and vermithor, that's a duo no other can withstand imo.
Even Balerion the black Dread is no match against Vermithor and Silverwing combined. Vermithor is almost as big as Vaghar, Vahgar is mentioned almost grown as big as the Black Dread himself, Silverwing beside Vermithor is a guarantee to finish the job
@@thedarkblackspeedy3140u are forgetting balerion was 2x the size of vhaegar now. Vhaegar has only just reached the size of balerion was at the conquest which he was around 100 years old and he died after 100+ years after meaning he grew twice the size 😂😂
They easily could have killed Aemond after drawing him away from KL if Vermithor went high alt and dove while Aemond was super tunnel visioned on Silverwing
Too bad this isn't a seinen anime. Seems like GRR Martin & the show's writers aren't that bright when it comes to dragon warfare. Anyway, plot armor is required to stretch out a story, so it is what it is.
It's not about being creative with dragon warfare. Sending the new riders into battle is suicide and plain foolery. They literally just mounted the dragons.@@ragtagboyrebel
This last scene is confusing me though... why they even try baiting Vhaghar in the 1st place??? Obviously to kill her with ambush right? But none of the dragon looks hidden or hiding, Rhaenyra who should've be on her dragon waiting to pounce was just standing there like what's she doing? What was the plan? If it was just Silverwing Aemond won't know about the other 2 and keep rushing to dragonstone.
I don't think Rhaenyra ordered Ulf to fly there. I think Silverwing just did what she wanted, probably missed her home and had memories of flying around with Alysanne for years.
Thing is even Vhagar can take on all of them (Vermi and Caraxes or meleys) not included, her rider will definitely dies, but from the looks of her she was ready to fight all of them doesn’t think about Aemond much, the old grumpy grandma had enough she just wanted fire and blood and a glorious death imo
@JoseAntonio-pb7nd He's not. He's big. The 2nd biggest. But he's still about 85 years younger than Vhagar she is still a good bit bigger than he is. In a fair 1v1 fight Vermithor is probably the only dragon that could offer genuine challenge to Vhagar, but he's the underdog. I'd say 60/40 in Vhagar's favour.
I don’t believe Larys decided to keep the rumors of Seasmoke and its rider a secret due to his dislike of Aemond. It was because the information sounded like it came from a game of telephone.
What we forget is that Vermithor was really fucking huge for his age. He's 95 yrs old and probably about 80% of the size Balerion had during conquest while being 120-130 yrs old. If the dragons grew linearly then he'd be even bigger than Balerion if given enough time. But I doubt they do, so I'd say he wouldn't be able to outgrow him, also taking into account that Balerion felt the magic of Valyria. Still, at ~150 yrs Vermithor would probably be conisderably larger than peak Vhagar and not that much smaller than peak Balerion.
Caraxes looks like a flying serpent, he also has the longest tale and rear wings on his hind legs. His slender look and high pitched screams make him the most badass looking dragon imo. The other dragons look way to massive to be flying creatures. Their wings do not match their bodies at all
Rhenerya didn't send Ulf and Silverwing to Dragonstone. Ulf barely had any control over Silverwing, there's no way he could have directed her anywhere. Silverwing did that on her own.
Ulf probably Directed it towards kings landing though to show off his freinds but either way Rhenyra did not send them. It stoo ridky to send any dragon alone to face the greens after Arrax and Meleys and Rhenyra knew this. She was most likely with Vermithor and Hugh teaching him ride with her upon Syrax ehen silverwing came out of the dragon mont and took flight towards kings landing. She knew that the reckless Aemond will pursue silverwing and was ready to face him down if required.
Also one point why Aemond didn't want a face off on Dragonstone: Cannibal is living on the other side. Dragons fighting over Dragonstone could just get his interest and him in the fight would be good for no one. He would make chaos and he hunts dragons (smaller ones, but that doesn't mean he would let out an opportunity)
People keep assuming Cannibal is a pussy because he doesn't attack large dragons. This mofo is at least as big as Vermithor bro just because he likes to lie low doesn't mean he's not a huge threat.
this is something you js made up. any of those dragons there would kill cannibal in a one on one so why would he try to hunt one of them especially mid battle😭 that would be the last instance where cannibal would come in
@@anthonybeal4692 We don't much about him. He devoured some seeds when they tried to claim sheepstealer. Sheepstealer fleed. People said he hunted down grey ghost (but that was sunfyre). He is thr biggest of the wild dragons, some claim he was on Dragonstone before the Targaryens. (Which I don't think so but we know dragons grow bigger when living free) and we know he eats other dragons. Smaller as him but we do not know his exact size. He lives on the east side. He knows how to hunt other dragons and is wild. No one even tried to claim him. We do not know much but it can be a possibility that you shouldn't cross him. Not a dragon that hunts and eats others
Yeah, he feed exclusively on really small dragons and eggs so why would he let out an opportunity to fight dragon that's bigger and more experinced than him, sure. XD Because Vhagar would fucking kill him. Vermithor as well. Cannibal lived in proximity to other dragons and never hunted anything at least mid sized.
Bro - 1. Vhagar wanted the smoke - she didn’t want to turn. 2. Vermithor is large but Vhagar is still bigger than 3. Vhagar is the most battle hardened dragon alive.
Honestly, I think it's way simple. Aemond was too far to see anyone or anything. He just saw Dragonstone, where Rhaenyra and other dragon riders were. He was outnumbered and knew it was too late to catch Silverwing without getting attacked by the rest, so he withdrew.
Apparently the vision in HOTD is top tier. I remember rewinding this scene back to see what he saw. Mind you Baela and Moondancer also saw Sir Cole and chased him into cover. My QD-OLED is the best TV I've ever had and I still couldn't see 😂
Since we’re already changing stuff a bit, id love to see some sellsword-like character with his/her own motivations tame the Cannibal… depends on whether the show wants to take the Rhaena or Nettles plot line imo but lots of cool possibilities
having NOT read F&B, I thought for a short second Ulf was pulling a GTA style Dragon jacking :P When I saw him fly back to Dragonstone my hopes were dashed lol
The war should be over in the next episode with a team black victory because Team Green: They only have Vhagar. Sunfyre is injured, Tessarion is small and Dreamfyre is useless because Helaena won't ride it to battle. Team Black: They have Vermithor, Silverwing, Seasmoke, Caraxes, Sheepstealer and Syrax. These are just the big ones. Moondancer and Vermax are there too.
Where has otto been? maybe plotting something to turn the tides I think? and how trust worhty are the new dragon riders? Hugh was a jackass when the food arrived, ulf is a drunk, deamon as of now isn't fighting for rhearyna. syrax is small, seasmoke is small, moondancer is small, but together with silverwing and vermithor they would still wreck the greens. meleys alone showed that vhager is vulnerable and needed an ambush the kill meleys. but lets say the new dragon riders are going to be trouble. than its just syrax, seasmoke and moondancer, a lot more treacherous, but not impossible if they all fight vhagar at once and alone
Actually vermithor is 80% of the size of vhagar and is more aggressive and faster. Aemond knows that vhagar will fall in a battle against 2 large dragons and 2 medium dragons leaving team green hopeless.
Vermithor is surely a little younger, and more spry, too. I think they're both different dragon types, also. Vermithor looks more like the Standard dragons from GoT, but Vhagar looks totally different... Maybe She is a standard dragon, but has the turkey neck and stuff, because she's so old?
Aemond knows Vhagar will have no chance against 3 dragons , ESPECIALY when 1 of them its the most nervous dragon and almost same size like her .. and for Cannibal , no chance for him because he was not seen during the dance .. and even if they change this , its a wild dragon , so he have no reason to participate in this war .. they already spend a big buget for those 3 new dragons , Cannibal will bee to expensive to make him so quick , for his size and his aspect from the book
Vhagar clears Vermithor like 8/10 times. Size aside she has more battle experience, both against humans and other dragons. But Vs Verm, Silver wing, and Syrax, Vhagar loses. She might take one of them down along with her, but she can't fight them all and come out on top.
@@ahand091wrong very very wrong. Meleys was taking her down by her self. Verminthor is much more fierce one on one would have led to both dragons hurt but the fight would have been equal. The only chance Vhegar has is that hugh is not an experience rider. Craxes with daemond defeat both of them because one daemond is a much experienced rider and caraxes is fierce and battle hardened himself. @@nsaneg00n74 No, sorry for what is going to come off as a rude comment, but Vhagar is at this point in the show the most powerful and combat capable dragon in the world. No other dragon or rider, except Daemon on Caraxes (which is lore-wise, canonically, SOLELY because he is a supremely fierce dragonrider and many times more over experienced than Aemond) would have anything but lucks chance at defeating them in one on one combat. The validation and logic the books give is sound enough we don't need to search for hidden reasoning - Vermithor is the second largest. Aemond would probably, given the chance, have taken the opportunity to attack Vermithor if it was just Vermithor and new mystery rider but Aemond is an intelligent character and at any sign of being outmatched or the odds slipping out of his favour for any reason - he would flee.

It is sad that Ulf and Hugh will turn against Rhaenyra unlike the Addam of Hull, wondering how team black would manage to fight against Vermithor and Vhagar
Honestly Rhaenyra and the blacks keep missing opportunities to take out Aemond and Vhagar when they should know that they are the biggest threats in that war. When Daemon was still on dragon stone he and Rhaenys should’ve made plans to fight Vhagar in the same way they did in this scene. Send Daemond over on Caraxes and lure Aemond out of the city with Vhagar then Meleys and Caraxes attack the old dragon at the same time. But even if they didn’t, Rhaenyra had another opportunity to surprise attack Aemond in this scene. She should’ve been on dragon back with Syrax, Addam on Seasmoke, Hugh on Vermithor and Ulf on Silverwing luring Vhagar to the island. As soon as he was in sight they should’ve rushed at him all 4 at the same time and taken Vhagar out.
No one ever thought about just taking Vhagar out by sending in a load of poisoned sheep or feeding him an exploding egg? I really feel they missed it on this but I guess that wouldn’t have let them develop the bastard seed army of dragon riders.
Vhagar should've attacked. It will need to face them eventually. May as well attack and get the first strike. Vhagar will have a better chance on the offensive than it would on the defensive.
I honestly think that Vhagar is ready to go… she’s seen and enough and knows that Westeros is ghetto lol. She’s just going through the motions and doing her duty at this point. She’s tired but won’t just go out so easy… like Laena she wants a dragons death… it has to be earned. But I think that’s why she’s like “Come on, let me at em!” When she sees the other three dragons on Dragonstone. But also, she’s inherited the arrogance of Daemond. I’m actually surprised that that dragon was sweet Laenas. 🤔
Could also be The Cannibal if the shows creator decided for him to be in the series but there is more likely in season 3 it could be Vermithor or the cannibal
@@ThigaostumasSwarr no im pretty sure they left the narration about cannibal in muctery because it can create plotholes One as we know dragons growing in wild grow to thier full potential until it dies of old age 🤔 and cannibal was already in dragonstone before aegon the conquror arrived there so safe to say he is as old as balerion and if he is that old and wild he would be large as balerion or as large as meraxes atleast But The narration has already set up in such a way that balerion is the largest seen at his time and vhagar is currently the largest😐 so if cannibal is introduced he has to be old and large and cant be smaller than vhagar or it would contradict what was said about wild dragons🤣 So writters probably just let him be a mystery which is better ending than dissapointing the audience
Everyone is forgetting about the demon's dragon caraxes I think he is the most powerful dragon because everyone thinks first to fight against vagar Everyone thinks that if vermithor or silver wing both can defete vagar but Caraxes defete vagar in one on one battle so I think he is the most powerful dragon ...
I dont get it what makes people think that ulf was send to kings landing. You can clearly see him still covered in all that stuff from cave so its the same day he tamed silverwing and he doesnt know any commands yet, its moste likely the same thing that we had with aemond in s1 riding vhagar where he had no control over the dragon
These are not dragons.... the show shows Wyverns...... the difference? Dragons have 4 legs + 2 wings.... Wyvers have 2 hind legs and wings are part of the front legs....
He turned away because he saw where the dragon was headed he didn't see the other dragons at all. If Team black was smart they would have taken to the air and attacked him from above when he starting chasing Silverwing. Even though they are new riders. Vermithor, Silverwing and Seasmoke have battle experience. Vermithor alone could probably take down Vhagar but since Silverwing is his mate she'd team up with him on Vhagar. If they attacked with all 6 dragons they had at dragonstone war would of been over. They'd probably lose 2 of the smaller dragons but still win
I don't think its trap because why she standing there ? It make no sense In wars if you want trap then you can't stand and simply say come at me bro 😂but damn that last scene its by far my fav one of the two seasons she is the prestige of dragons queen ❤
Imo its strategy, Aemon now knows he can't fight two fronts at once. He's forced to stay in Kings Landing, or risk leaving and having it lost. So basically the blacks can do what they want with no interference.. in theory.
I don't think sending Silverwing to Kings Landing was intentional, why reveal all your cards to Aemond while simultaneously risking him actually taking her up for the challenge, while neither Ulf nor Hugh have any idea how to properly ride or communicate with their dragons yet. And especially considering Rhaenyra's passive approach to the war so far, I think she would have preferred to train all these new riders first before challenging Aemond and Vhagar. So Ulf and Silverwing going to Kings Landing was probably not part of a plan. I think the only reason they were standing at the ready on Dragonstone was because Hugh and Vermithor just went on their own first ride, and Rhaenyra probably went with him on Syrax as a guide. She watched Hugh claiming Vermithor after all, but not Ulf claiming Silverwing, which would explain his reckless, unplanned flight to Kings Landing.
If it were only Syrax and Silverwing, I think Aemond would have chanced it and attacked. Vermithor was the breaking point. He’s too big for Vhagar to take lightly. Also, dragons grow as they get older. Vermithor was half Vhagar’s age and nearly as big. Or close enough. Think about how big he would be at 180 years.
Bruh idk why but all she had to do after this event was to call upon all dragon riders , go to harrenhall pick daemon and go to kings landing kill vhagar and take the throne, with those many dragons in her command not one would have challenged her claim or her word . Just imagine a fleet of 7 dragons coming at you for a fight , she would have conquered quicker the aegon himself without any challenge . And her might would have only increased due to her baby dragons growing peacefully.
While Vaghar would have been in true danger going alone to Dragonstone, all the Blacks Dragons could have easily chased her back to King's Landing and end the war there. Yes, Rhaenira wanted to win without casualties, but the only way to be sure about Greens surrendering would have been to kill Vaghar and Aemond now (or just one of them). If attacked from multiple directions, Aemond would have had no chance to survive: ended by dragon fire quite easily. Vhagar could have killed another dragon at best, and that's it. War over and team black victorious 🎉
Meleys was much smaller than Silverwing and was able to hold her own against Vhagar. Granted Silverwing is more docile, she's still fairly large and swift and not that much smaller than Vermithor. Vermithor could definitely hold his own against Vhagar and possibly win.
Damn, Syrax, Seasmoke, Silverwing, Vermithor, Caraxes, Vermax and later on Sheepstealer. If Rhaenys and Meleys turned around and fleed, they would have been a POWERHOUSE. I mean, they still are. But Meleys was fierce and gigantic.
I would’ve thought that maybe Aemond snapped out of it and realized he wouldn’t have to just fight three enemy dragons But potentially The Cannibal The Cannibal would definitely be drawn to the sound of fighting and potentially dying dragons
Why would he. XD you guys have so weird concept of wild animals. Besides, Cannibal is smaller than Vermithor. He's less battle-experinced. He feeds only on really small dragons and eggs. He hasn't been seen nowhere around. His biggest feat is driving Sheepstealer off his prey. Why would Aemond fear him more, that's just bs.

Vhagar is very old and in the process of dying. In the books her body is already in a state of decomposition.
Meleys was a leopard fighting a lion, yes there can be a fight and a show but there was no real chance.
Even caraxex is smaller than meylys but still managed to kill it.
@GLitiatc0 but the point is... we're talking the 2nd and 3rd biggest dragons, plus other 2-3 adults vs 1 big old Vaghar, Aemond did the right thing
Vermithor AND Silverwing together would destroy any single dragon in combat (except for Balerion, imo).
no opinion needed, this is facts
We can't say that ,vermithor is indeed described as the most ferocious dragon ,and he does have the abilities to defeat even balerion with the help of any other one imagine caraxes and vermithor, that's a duo no other can withstand imo.
Vhagar and Ceraxes were the most powerful duo on hotd era, they two together were more valuable than 10 armies.
Even Balerion the black Dread is no match against Vermithor and Silverwing combined. Vermithor is almost as big as Vaghar, Vahgar is mentioned almost grown as big as the Black Dread himself,
Silverwing beside Vermithor is a guarantee to finish the job
@@thedarkblackspeedy3140u are forgetting balerion was 2x the size of vhaegar now. Vhaegar has only just reached the size of balerion was at the conquest which he was around 100 years old and he died after 100+ years after meaning he grew twice the size 😂😂

Aemond was like: nope… you old suicidal b!tch
@@MrBronze15 Good point. That is odd

I don't think Rhaenyra ordered Ulf to fly there. I think Silverwing just did what she wanted, probably missed her home and had memories of flying around with Alysanne for years.

Vhagar is still bigger. She’s a fair amount bigger, probably. But it is close.

Yes: His eye blazed with fury of 500 suns.
This mofo is at least as big as Vermithor bro just because he likes to lie low doesn't mean he's not a huge threat.
really shows Addams bravery. but I digress
this is something you js made up. any of those dragons there would kill cannibal in a one on one so why would he try to hunt one of them especially mid battle😭 that would be the last instance where cannibal would come in
@@anthonybeal4692 We don't much about him.

2. Vermithor is large but Vhagar is still bigger than
3. Vhagar is the most battle hardened dragon alive.
Vhagar def wanted the smoke

Honestly, I think it's way simple. Aemond was too far to see anyone or anything. He just saw Dragonstone, where Rhaenyra and other dragon riders were. He was outnumbered and knew it was too late to catch Silverwing without getting attacked by the rest, so he withdrew.
So good of you to explain the obvious, thank you

Team Black:
They have Vermithor, Silverwing, Seasmoke, Caraxes, Sheepstealer and Syrax. These are just the big ones. Moondancer and Vermax are there too.

syrax is small, seasmoke is small, moondancer is small, but together with silverwing and vermithor they would still wreck the greens. meleys alone showed that vhager is vulnerable and needed an ambush the kill meleys. but lets say the new dragon riders are going to be trouble. than its just syrax, seasmoke and moondancer, a lot more treacherous, but not impossible if they all fight vhagar at once and alone

The sight of the bronze fury made him rethink his attack. Vermithor was definitely the most powerful dragon.
@@nsaneg00n74 No, sorry for what is going to come off as a rude comment, but Vhagar is at this point in the show the most powerful and combat capable dragon in the world. The validation and logic the books give is sound enough we don't need to search for hidden reasoning - Vermithor is the second largest. Remember his will is tied to the dragon. That's how he can control it without knowing Valyrian.
I don't think they sent Silverwing to KL. That's just where she took Ulf.

Aemond is on borrowed time anyways.. it’s fitting he meets his demise on a 🐉
Looks like Vhagar has about the same turning radius as the Titanic.
No one ever thought about just taking Vhagar out by sending in a load of poisoned sheep or feeding him an exploding egg? I really feel they missed it on this but I guess that wouldn’t have let them develop the bastard seed army of dragon riders.
No one sent Ulf to King's Landing, he was just doing a test drive.😅
Vhagar should've attacked. It will need to face them eventually. May as well attack and get the first strike. Vhagar will have a better chance on the offensive than it would on the defensive.
she would of lost badly lol. the element of surprise wasnt there as they saw it coming and expected it. 4+ dragons is going to tear her to pieces

Could you give us a size estimate for Sunfyre with footage from episode 4???
I think Sunfyre is about the size of Syrax they look very similar in shapes and breed, the speedy dragons breed
Aemond had not seen the bronze fury and silverwing out of the pits with riders before.
Could also be The Cannibal if the shows creator decided for him to be in the series but there is more likely in season 3 it could be Vermithor or the cannibal
Im pretty sure writters forgot about him😂
@@Arc.Z hope not 🤞🤣
@@ThigaostumasSwarr no im pretty sure they left the narration about cannibal in muctery because it can create plotholes
One as we know dragons growing in wild grow to thier full potential until it dies of old age 🤔 and cannibal was already in dragonstone before aegon the conquror arrived there so safe to say he is as old as balerion and if he is that old and wild he would be large as balerion or as large as meraxes atleast
But
The narration has already set up in such a way that balerion is the largest seen at his time and vhagar is currently the largest😐 so if cannibal is introduced he has to be old and large and cant be smaller than vhagar or it would contradict what was said about wild dragons🤣
So writters probably just let him be a mystery which is better ending than dissapointing the audience
FLEE is the word Aemond used.
And you only FLEE when you see a DANGER(the Bronze Fury)
I don't think its trap because why she standing there ? It make no sense
In wars if you want trap then you can't stand and simply say come at me bro 😂but damn that last scene its by far my fav one of the two seasons she is the prestige of dragons queen ❤
It may have been a training exercise preparing the new riders for battle.
Imo its strategy, Aemon now knows he can't fight two fronts at once. He's forced to stay in Kings Landing, or risk leaving and having it lost. So basically the blacks can do what they want with no interference.. in theory.
Aemond is TECHNICALLY Prince Regent.
Feels like vermithor have a connection with Rhynearya
I wish we could see Vhagar vs Vermithor one on one but I know it will never happen.
Where did you get the image at 4:54?
May be from artstation. 3dartist and concept artist usually post on that platform.
Didn't know it was a two minute flight to dragonstone from kings landing
This is better than the actual episodes of season 2 🤣
The funny thing is aemond fears deamon to a certain degree and daemon wasnt even on dragonstone 😅
Aemond study Westeros and Philosophy he smart enough to learn about all dragons
This dude buzzed the atc tower
Silverwing and vermithor are the only ones that Have a massive chance to win against vhagar
If they only still had meleys. OP.
Only Caraxes is Badass enough to kill Vhagar and somewhat survive, only the Red Wyrm himself.
That was vermax behind Rhaenyra, not Vermithor. You will know when you see Vermithor, trust me.
Vermithor could have reach Balarion size if he had live for half a century longer.
They could end the war by burning everyone before Almond reach Vhagar
Vhagar is an outside cat now.
But also we have to take into consider that he was thinking about vhegar not being 100 percent due to her battle with meleys.
Imagine the blacks still had meleys and also caraxes present on their side...
That sure would be a sight to see.
But I am pretty sure only the sight of The Bronze Fury backing Syrax would be enough to scare away one-eyed Aemond.
