Fantastic team and great video. As a Liverpool fan i forgot what good football feels like this season, hats off to De Zerbi and a club that created so much without spending a fortune. Brighton should be an example for everyone, particularly in the Premier League. You don't need oil money to create a top team.

In the last five years they registered a net spend of 544 million euros, third in the Prem behind Chelsea and United. Brighton's net spend in the same period amounts to a meagre 56 millions (and sits at the bottom compared to other clubs). Arsenal reaped the rewards of a huge investment.

Man Utd fan here, but I follow everygame of Brighton like United's since Potter first came. Absolute joy to watch, especially when De Zerbi got the team.

Mac Allister, Caicedo, Gross, march,mitoma, Esthupinian, Ensciso..... And others What a quality of football they are playing... Building from the back with patiance confidence and pressing high on the opponent's half don't fear any of opponent's..... Sheer confidence and Quality Absolute beast of a team 🥶❤🔥
I am a Man United fan but I must say Brighton have been a real joy to watch this season. They really are a well run Football Club. The appointment of De Zerbi after Potter left is just a masterclass. Hehas made them a far better team imo.
Lovely edit - nice juxtaposition of music and BHA play - soothing for the soul. I normally hit the raucous and passionate clips for football but this is different and classy. Cup semi will be different and I hope to hear the Ring of Fire.
The BEAUTIFUL game. A joy to watch. I've seen almost all games this season, and since the World Cup, they've turned the style up to 11... even in defeat. Harsh, and on more than several occasions totally wrong VAR decisions, have denied them points that would have given them a genuine shot at a CL place. Thanks so much for an excellent compilation which highlights just what a terrific TEAM they are. So many vids out there concentrate on individual players and miss the bigger picture
Absolutely right to highlight "TEAM " who all work so hard together. Other words to mention are "SQUAD" and "RESERVE TEAM" There are more players coming through who play in the same style as the first team.

I remember when the ridiculous Scottish commentator (ex player) Graeme Souness, welcomed De Zerbi, saying he was worthless and that it wasn't fair that he coached in England. But what are you waiting for to apologize to him?
They actually play counter attack in the different way. They always tried to attract opponent players as much as possible to press them while goalkeeper keep the ball and handle the tempo. Then give direct or through killer pass to midfield, flank, or striker
wow..well explain Di Zerbi is a master..always the wide players are often in 1v1 while they risk everything by playing at the back. When there is no space during build up the player stops by putting his foot on the ball..which attracts oppents then a space opens..they exploit..

When Goalkeeper, or defender hold & stop the ball they attract the opponent to make first move so that a free space available or giving enough time to scan & comunicate with striker and winger how they will make a move. So the long ball Will be efective.
