I felt like this performance overall was good but it wasn't anymore more or less than good. It was just a good performance. There was no climactic moment in the song. And no outstanding vocal either.
People do not give siyeon enough credits. Do they have any idea how long siyeon has been a trainee? She has been there in After School Bang! MV. How many years ago was that? She is an independent girl that knows how to compose, rearrange, choreograph, rap, sing and dance, yet people blame her for being too blunt, realistic and practical. For a young girl who has trained this long, she must have wanted to debut really badly. She just wants to do well. In the show, when she told Haein and the group not to do the dance because they will only get compared to the original, Haein didnt listen to her and brought the idea to the producer, only to have the producer say the same thing as siyeon did. Just because she is young, doesn't mean that she is being rude. She has a heck load more experience than the older girls in this show, yet because of the sunbae hoobae ideal, people do not treat her word seriously and misunderstood her. Really though.
I agree with you! It frustrates me how some don't pay attention to her talent and experience. She's been training for around 7 years now (2nd longest trainee on this show, I believe); she has been able to try out a bit of everything and excel at them, too (in my opinion). But some people don't care because they see & think what they want without taking anything else into consideration.
Actually MNET did the evil editing here again, I mean in the parts before their performance. Siyeon has been a lovely child who her friends in high school also confimed her good personality. But MNET just cut out some part that may let ppl think that she have bad personality.

Haein just want to take care of her team bcause she was one of the oldest she might seem rude and bossy, but she does always speaks her mind.. She tend to choose what she think safest and rational for her team.. They laugh on Siyeon part bcause she quite did not hit the note on the first try.. But all in all what came out for their performance is good Siyeon got 1st that means they did a good decision:-)

im so happy they focused mainly on vocals for this and not the dance. means 1 they wouldnt be compared to the original as much and 2 they wouldnt have to worry about sounding out of breath when they sing. plus they just looked and sounded so cute and bright, it was hard not to loved it.
Actually the girls have to choose between vocal, dance, and rap for this evaluation. And for MGT, it's on vocal evaluation so they don't need to dance :)
Came here after 2 years passed and Momoland Taeha is the one that brought me here 💕 So sad that in this show she didn't get that much attention because she's overshadow by Xiyeon & Hyeri charm. But everything is okay now cause Momoland already walked in a flowery path after their first win 💕
