How’s the alignment with your mirrors? Is everything in perfect alignment? Sometimes the slightest difference can cause this. Or if you’re cutting plywood the glue can cause it to not cut all the way in parts

I think it would be beneficial but not necessary, the vent fan would be nice to pull the exhaust out
