The Bible does not say life begins at first breath
Correct, that refers to Adam and Eve.
This. It does say that God knows us in the womb. Before we are even born God knows us and loves us.
10:09 that’s how Adam and Eve were created. That’s not how humans are made now. God said he knew thee in your mother’s womb.
The Bible does not say life begins with "first breath." God specifically says "I knew you in your mothers womb." Meaning, your a person with a soul before you are born from your mother. In other words, life begins at conception.
You might need to check your bible study and not misquote.
The Bible does not explicitly mention abortion, but it does provide principles that can be applied to the issue. Great reaction guys, it was really nice to hear thoughts on this one by people who didn't go into it already knowing that it was told from a more conservative point of view. I'm sure there was much more said about the second murder than what made the UA-cam edit.
As for Mrs Direction taking over for Deep Thought, he has been very busy with work stuff, he herds cats for the government, (LoL, actually he supervises and coordinates 2 teams of engineers)... and is doing a lot of traveling too.

@@djpilk4772 In the book of Genesis, God created Adam out of dirt, and breathed into him the breath of life. He was already an adult. God created Eve from a bone in Adam. And called woman because she has be taken and created from man. He tasked the 2 to populate the earth.

That is not what ir says.
It say that God breathed the breath of life into Adam and he came to life.
God, who is spirit breathed his Spirit, which is life itself into the first man, referencing the spirit of life placed into Adam who was at the time a clay figurine.
This was an isolated incident for specifically Adam whom God formed out of clay.
Specifically isolated as well because Adam is the only man who was not born.
This is very different from every other human after of course.
It is also not written as a clarification for moment of life in all humans since it os so specific to and only Adam.
Even Jesus was born.
Adam wasn't.
Your use of the Genesis verse is misquoted and very clearly intellectually dishonest.
Even, science says that life begins at conception, so it becomes a legal issue.
One fact that is often forgotten when discussing abortion makes it clear that the fetus does not belong to the mother or is a part of her body.
DNA
The child has a different DNA than the mother.
In every legal case and every murder case, separate DNA clearly identifies the existence of 2 separate individuals.
Inability to protest does not negate genocide.
Thanks for the reactions. This was easily my favorite movie of last year, and didn't know how it would go over with you two but you were fair about it and honestly that's all we could ask for.
For a lower budget independent film I found it to be well made and while some of the points it made felt clunky, the acting from the 2 leads made it worth it. Actually the 2 leads in a way might have been too good, while I didn't think anyone was a bad actor (except for the one guard that took the meal order) they were so overshadowed and outclassed by the leads that they fell more towards mediocre than they actually might have truly been.
