Wonderful piece. I remember listening to all 13(?) performances at Watford in the early '70s as a player with 2 year's experience and I vowed I would play it some day. I did, and also got a 6th and 13th place at the Royal Albert Hall in the Championship Section, so mission definitely accomplished! 🎺
I love brass bands whatever they play; and---quite independently of that---I love this piece whatever it's played on. Fine performance.
