When I’m actually physically purging through wretching, I try my best to accept it and to go into a surrender place in myself. To be honest there’s nothing else I can do in these moments and I’ve had a lot of them over the years. To accept the understanding will come later or towards the end of it. A pattern showing itself and a chance to repattern through the experience of giving my body full allowance to show me what is needed. Expelling cellular fear, purging it from a deeply ingrained place within my gut is definitely a weird sort of grace!

I’m exhausted, I spent all day in bed which is so not like me. I’m confused, can’t find my center, crying and purging. Again so not typical for me, at all. So much is coming up for me. Breathing through it but so ready for it to pass and reground.

All that is being released, seeing all the ways I ran from love and connection and then the deep loneliness I felt as a result. I couldn’t receive the love or support. I’m amazed at how much I’m tapped into all this! I read a book on boundaries yesterday, which felt super helpful and supportive. Then I saw that Saturn had gone retrograde-yep. Slept so much the past couple days. My body has been physically purging this week, and it feels like it’s related to the internal work I’m doing, working through outdated beliefs, working to transmute old grief… I made fresh juice this morning for the first time in literally years! Craving it so much. In general I’ve been craving lighter meals, and lots of fresh fruits and veggies 💚

Collective purging of the psychic swamp!!! Since April Mercury Retro, I had to walk away from 4 female relationships, 2 of which has spanned decades. I literally feel like a tumor was removed (and of course I am deeply grieving the losses too.... not gonna lie though; I feel like Im "going sane")...
I've been a Survivor of Family Scapegoating Abuse and crippling Codependency (see Rebeeca Mandeville, Patrick Teahan, Brad Shore, other YT licensed therapists) and I am told my therapist today about how free I am becoming. Breaking massive Intergenerational trauma curses. I've been enslaved for so long due to no boundaries allowed.... Thank Heaven, Goddess, G-d, Great Spirit, Guardian Angels, and The Ancestors. Yep. I was targeted and dumped on. Omg. Unbelievable. I stared at this woman, stamped down my impulses and listened.
Stamped down my rage and hurt too. Shaking inside.
Apparently it's what I needed to take the next step.
Those psychic free radicals...yeah😅
I'm learning pranic healing so I used techniques to clean up.
Also used Rudy hunter's psychic interference, self-honoring, ramping yourself down (anger)
Of course I did my own program with the dragons in Path to the Power Within.
I dropped a ton of stuff. Understood where I was way off base trying too hard & kept my mouth shut on the rest as it would not have been heard.
Then I dreamt lifting carpet ;) horrified at old dirt underneath, calling for help to clean it up then reopening & cleaning up my "store" aka my signature program.
So shocked ❤
