Sir my bike has same problem , i went to local bullet mechanic he told that is fine , after watching your vedio , I did it home only , your vedio very useful to bullet owners.

Jo company se aata hai vo best aata hai, meri standard mai bhi itna hi play hai, Na hi gear change pe sound aata hai or clutch control bhi accha rhta hai
Thank You for this.....i own same 500 classic and facing the same problem. Also whenever i cold start my bike and put it on gear, it tends to move forward without even releasing the clutch. The same problem occurs while starting the bike on gear so I've to press the front brake hard and then press the self button.
Complained many times about this to RE service center but so solution since 2 years

Bhaiya maine clutch adjust bhi karwaya mechanic se, phir bhi 1st gear me clutch dabaye rakhne pe gadi move kar rhi h, agar race chhod do to engine band ho ja rha, Idling rpm sahi h tab bhi aisa ho rha.

bro , my bike turn off while pulling clutch in, this happens mainly in 1st gear in traffic or after riding some km and then trying to move in 1st gear, do u know what is the reason?

mere clutch ka play bhi thoda jyada tha to mene 3 mm kiya fir gadi gear me start karte he aage chalti thi it’s means clutch acche se engage nahi ho raha tha to accordingly mene adjust kiya to gap 3 mm se jyada hua but bike aage move karti thi 1st gear pe start karne se wo band hue .. aisa bhi hota hai kya ? ya meri setting galat hai
Apne kaha tha ki EFI m kick se start karne se problem aayegi... to cold start kese krna chahiye

In the 3rd service they told me clutch plate is damaged, we have to change it, full set will be changed, as in case of RE Classic reborn not possible to change it or buy it separately. I don't know it's real or fake, and the full set of clutch plate cost around 4200 Rs. Parts are too costly

Bhai center stand per lga ke m jab gear m daalta hu clutch press Karke, wheel rotate karta rhta Jaise ki clutch release Kiya ho. Mere ko dikkat lag rhi, aapka kya point of view hai? 1st 2nd and even 3rd gear m bhi hota hai.
