You analyse the problem from both the angles( from demand and supply sides) and give a balanced view. If we don't have open minds , many talented people will be shut up and that's happening in every field not just in medical. It comes from education which is also business based. And that is the ultimate problem.

Dear Sir,
You are absolutely right that Cancer dose not make difference between powerful & powerless people. But what is your stand as a medical practitioner for those who realy can't afford to pay private practitioner's fees.
We have to Understand that how we can expect to bring the change in rigid civic healthcare system from those who themselves are helpless not only politically, economically & sometimes socially...? What do we expect? A Cancer patient & his family should fight against cancer or unhealthy Civic healthcare system...?
I think It should be duty of every doctor to dedicate his services towards the patients irrespective of whether patient is capable to afforded his fees or not.
Unfortunately I have seen some practicing doctors who takes Unaffordable fees in advance from patients & before checking the patient.
I love your approach and your questioning the system’s red tape!
