Yes, it's quite literally Legacy of Bhaal just cut up into pieces for what we can presume will be the cutscene that will play for Dark Urge in the "In Bhaal's Name" and the "In my Name." endings. More specifically the best parts of Legacy of Bhaal excluding the beatdrop of the chanting.
It's weird how they're marketing it as a second track when it really is Legacy of Bhaal cut up. It's quite literally the same song that transitions to other parts of the song that it originally didn't transition to. Albeit it is the best part of the track outside of the chanting beatdrop.
