These vlogs are fascinating - having had a mate who made it (a bit) famous for a couple of years as a DJ in the late ''''90s/00s, I did a few trips abroad in Asia and Australia with them; it was very different in the sense that there was no focus on health at all; they/everyone was a mess by the end of those trips, the exhaustion & jetlag coupled with hangovers and comedowns, everyone was ill. If it's your job, prioritising your mental and physical health on the road is the sensible way to have a long career - so it's refreshingly honest to see someone talking about that. The DJs who treated touring like a party holiday didn't last - they burnt out or went broke or became addicts, and that I imagine will be the same today as it was 30 years ago.
last track is sick

Yea trying to maintain a balance is tough but essential. Hear many stories similar of DJ's who partied way too hard and didn't look after themselves.
Love the vlogs
