I think you're on the right path, Josh. I admire your discipline and dedication to your growth. Going all in on videos would be a great bet to make. You're already doing so well, you'd probably be surprised how quickly you can achieve that 100K subscriber mark. Get that Paradise booking also, you would have so much fun with Jamie & friends. Loved the vlog. Cheers from Miami🙏
Great video again Josh, I find it really inspiring just seeing how you go about your business! Where did you get the greenish sweater/ jumper from in the first scene mate?
Lad his parents live in Wilmslow (one of richest areas on the outskirts of ManchesterI did wonder how he managed to fund his musical success but now we know)
You’d be surprised by the number of people who have all the skills you’re after. Everyone’s become extremely multi-disciplinary in this day and age where 1) learning/resources are accessible 2) the job market requires increasing amounts of skills. I’m sure just a post on your social media will get you the right person in no time
Agreed and I am aware of that but it’s still hard to right the right person demographically whilst having the right vibe. Energy is super important with the video stuff.
I was waiting for one of these daily vlogs, I saw the video yesterday and I've been thinking about everything you said, first of all what you asked about growing the audience I think it's best to do it organically, maybe it can be slower than other techniques but your followers will be more engaged and continue with you in the long term, being watching youtube channels for a long time and I have seen the rise and fall of several, who have grown their followers immensely but no one watches the videos anymore, on the other hand, in today's world, people do not have the attention to watch long videos, but those who see them benefit greatly and I use myself as an example, I have been struggling these last months looking for a job (I live in Chile and things are complicated) without success but I have been using all the time to grow my skills in music production, DJ, graphic design, reading, English and everything that I am going to use for the future to release my music and be consistent, it is difficult to leave from the comfort zone. With your videos they put my feet on the ground and they also make me keep pushing because what you talk about has a positive influence and you also show the reality that one never sees. I admire your dedication and if you come to play in Chile I will definitely be there, thank you very much for everything you do. PS: sorry for the long text, I was about to write more PS2: KOKO looks amazing, I really want to party there PS3: as soon as I can I will get Syntho, I'm really excited that you bring M-High
I don't think you can just 'grow organically'. Everyone has to have a strategy and some kind of plan. It takes a lot of effort to plan, record and edit the videos. Im glad the videos are helpful man and Im sure we will cross paths in Chile this year!
