Sis Fafa,u know I always love you... Can I also use milk powder as well
You can use milk powder. Much love gorgeous 😘😘
@@NdudubyFafa mmm...tnx sis,love uuuuu
Also does it gets hard the next day , because I do experience that... do you know why?
You need to add butter or a little bit of oil to allow it to remain moist. Then again I can’t believe you have some remaining. 😜 Charley I can’t resist, I have to have it all 😂😂
Thanks for the video..for the 25 minutes that it did not rise...are you saying to make it rise outside..I guess it has to be summer then?
I suggested in the video to preheat your oven, leave the door open and place your dough on top of the door. This allows the dough to rise quickly (this applies to individuals who live in colder climates). On the other hand if you live in a hot country then you can place it directly under the sun (covered).

I hope this helps😘😘
Hi fafa I know in Ghana you shape the dough and let it rise, my mom owns bakery and does how we did it, but I noticed you let it rise before you shape it then leave it to rise again may I know why please?
It prevents the bread from having huge gaping air holes when baked.
Oh I see thanks
I jxt like watching ur video sis 😘😘
+Aramide Ope Thank you and please don't forget to share 😘😘
+Aramide Ope Thank you gorgeous 😘😘
How can I get the bofrot to be very thick without risen

Hello Fafa, why is the skewer used in turning the bofrot?
Elsie Ofori-appiah I think that's just a choice she made. I'm sure you can use whatever utensil you have to turn them
+Esinam Attivor Thank you 😘
+Elsie Ofori-appiah You can use any utensil😘
can I use baking soda instead of yeast
+Edudzi Dogbey You can use baking powder instead
Yeast is the best for this type of food

Thank too much.
My pleasure 😘😘
No need to add egg?
Can you try this with gluten free oatmeal flour?
I’m sure. I haven’t done that yet. Let me know how it turns out 😘
Try it with sour cream. it's delicious.
+Esi Morrison I'm yet to do that, (considering a kind lady also suggested this). Sounds like a must try. Thank you 😘😘

Ndudu by Fafa thanks for sharing your recipe always enjoy it In Togo it call Africa tennis, with a nut on the side humm
😍😍😍😍😍
+JenJellyBean024 😘😘
can u make the dough and leave it overnight for the next day? if so how and where do I keep the the dough?
+Brown Shugah The dough is ready when it's doubled up in size. If you leave it overnight your dough will ferment and have a sour taste 😘
OK what if I put it in the fridge or freezer? I'm looking for an easier way so I don't have to make the dough the next day as its quiet time consuming
Ndudu by Fafa thanks last question I mailed u about this some time ago but never got a reply. I watched an okrostew video of you on abntv a while ago, I saw you used small round red crabs for the stew. You know the small round red crabs we use in Ghana for okrostew. I've been searching everywhere for this particular crab but can't seem to find it anywhere in London. They only sell the big blue crabs. where did u buy yours?
+Brown Shugah You can get them from Billingsgate market.
Are you a chef?
I’m more of a recipe creator and food explorer 😘
Fafa you did not add the measurements of the various ingredients
+Joshua Kas-vorsah It's on my blog.
ndudu-by-fafa.blogspot.co.uk/2017/04/the-dry-ghanaian-doughnut-recipe.html?m=1
Fafa you are indeed the nududu Lady
What abt the recipe for the wet method ?
+Joshua Kas-vorsah Its also on my blog 'Ndudu by Fafa'.
Yours is a very long prosse
cocoa brown You can proof the dough once if you wish to shorten the time.
It might seem like a long process, but I appreciate this more than 2 minute recipes. 2 excellent tips she gave - using the oven to speed up the proofing process and using yogurt instead of milk to slow down the browning. Since milk has a higher sugar content, it will get darker quicker and the outside might burn before the inside is cooked.
Please how long should I let the dough sit
