    I have a question for you, Cathay! I booked a flight to Japan for August 2023 from Madrid to Osaka (HKG connecting airport). This week we get an email saying that our outbound flight (Madrid Aug 15th) has been cancelled and asked to accept a new flight on the 16th. When we logged in to "Manage Bookings" , we see that our connecting flight COMING HOME is ALSO cancelled and moved to 26 hours later. So now we LOSE a day in Japan and arrive home a day later than we need to. This is a major inconvenience for returning to our work schedule and completely unfair. Can we get a full refund without paying the silly 200 euro refund fee?

    Could someone please tell Edward Bell stop playing the victim. If he can’t save his job he can at least keep his mouth shut😂 by the way, nothing beats SIA! You are of total of different class, not even near. Just speaking the truth of my own experience. Sorry but not sorry!
