Hey, if the prosecutors hadn't tried to insert non-relevent testimony, and, if the judge hadn't allowed it, there would have been no appeal/re-trial to grant. The defense team had to be getting their appeal for a re-trial ready as soon as the judge allowed the testimony.
It doesn't matter if a defendant robbed 100 banks, did he rob THIS one (for which they are charged)?...
Harvey hasn't gotten away with anything, they just have to go through it again from square one...
Why aren’t we calling out Hollywood actors and actresses who were aware of this? They are complicit!!
Because they make movies and shows we enjoy. We could be calling out nearly every actor.
@@erinchilds Agreed. That’s sort of my point. His actions were disgusting. But so are people turning a blind eye to advance their career while lecturing the common people about climate change and racial injustice .
@@Here4theComments9 Every time I watch something, I could be condoning abuse. Disturbing thought.
@@erinchilds Doris Day admitted in her autobiography that she used the "casting couch" to her advantage...
@@igorschmidlapp6987 what's the casting couch?
The TEXT of the laws is the same for rich and poor American people. But the EFFECT of the laws differs considerably. If a poor man from Harlem Ghetto had done what Harvey Weinstein ( after German Vine-Stone ) did to several women , the poor citizen's verdict would never ever be cancelled, because he cannot afford lawyers arranging an appeal for him.
When a woman waits 20/30 years to complain about a man that did something to her most likely she is a liar and looking for financial gain.
I realize not every situation is the same however if you are a grown human being then you should know to file a police report if someone has harmed you in any way.
At the end of the day most women like this are scandalous
Tony Khan made him refamous😂😂😂
But RKelly must be the literal devil. Funny how people see so many different shades a color😂😮
It's amazing how the laws work for some folk?
RKelly has entered the chat. Woody Allen is not surprised… for some reason😂
What are you saying?
Giggedy giggedy 😂❤
He was a great man stop the hate
Woody Allen agrees

How's MeToo workin out 4 yah? Hmm😅😂
In general it's good. This is a setback we'll get over.
@@erinchilds good luck ☺️
@@erinchilds How is Al Franken doing?
8 assaults is enough?
@@erinchilds Too bad you couldn't get justice for Tara Reade or any of Al Frankens victims.
@@JayBee-cr8jm We're not gonna change society in a day lol. Sure there are many setbacks, but we've made progress too. Through sustained effort, people like Weinstein will get what's coming 2 them.
Hey. Is the secret service coming back or is Hunter's Russian hoax solo
