97 EJ8 Civic GSR Turbo Skunk2 Pro1 Cams Idle

Just a little short video I put together. I've never made a video before so deal with it if it sucks lol!! Anyway I installed my Pro1 Cams with Supertech Valvetrain and JG Dynamics Cam Gears. I'm tuning it with Neptune RTP EMS. Loving this idle!! Enjoy and make sure you like and share!!

Was it hard to degree the cams w the engine in the car?

So you put the cams in with springs but no valves?

No it was not that hard to degree the cams in while the engine was in the car. And I did not use aftermarket valves

What degree are your cams set at on the intake and exhaust

How did you change the springs without the valve falling?

Compressed air works good. Use a compression tester to go through the spark plug hole. Works on ls1 stuff anyways, don’t see why it wouldn’t work on a Honda engine
