- Join us as we visit Dymchurch Amusement Park in Dymchurch, Kent, England for the very first time
This quaint little amusement park is great for the whole family with an awesome classic Ghost Train, Dodgems, Twister, new for 2018 Family Coaster (Caterpillar/Wacky Worm) a handful of classic kids rides and much more
I really enjoyed this little park especially the classic Ghost Train and the coaster with all rides on a token or disc based system with some rides starting from as little as £1.20
Fireworks display on this Saturday 2nd September 2018
Vlog and povs are all filmed in 1080p 60fps using a GoPro Hero 6 with official accessories also many thanks to the great staff for their hospitality

Where the family coaster is. A few years ago it was a log flume and it was the best thing ever!

Great vlog Andy. Looks like they’ve got some good rides at the park you went to. That man on the dodgems looked very happy when you said he was on the telly he did. Least it’s a good sized park and great for younger ones.
Cheers for another video, really good to see that you visited Dymchurch Amusement Park, Where the Family Coaster is currently that used to be a log flume, that has obviously been removed & replaced making space for the Caterpillar coaster, ghost train is good, havent actually been on it ever and hope to one day check it out at some point, been to this park when younger with family and not been back ever since, but have been on the local railway nearby called RH&DR / Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway with friends aswell family. Cheers again for this video & hope to see more visits in the future. 😀👍

@@Coaster_Crazy, Yeah I know you are and just stating that is what the RH&DR needs. Basically just stating good thing what you will be doing. Look forward to seeing it, also are you visiting other steam railways or just RH&DR? Especially as they need donations to survive & stay open. Even after UK Lockdown & what effects thats caused to some if not all?

Found it Andy, lol. One off my fave place's is Dymchurch, spent many happy times there with my Grandad and my dad when i was younger and still do with my Kids. Also Hastings I am down there alot aswell due to family down there again a great place to go
Any longer on the dodgems and you could have driven to Hastings 🚗lol. It's surprising how many small parks are out there.

The catepillar coaster used to be a log flume / water ride,, in my opinion it was the best thing there, dk why they replaced it, spent most of my discs on that ride 💁🏼 go dymchurch all the time with my family and i bring my best friend with me. Me sister brings her friend as well. Great day out, the arcades are amazing X never go on the ghost train way too scared for some reason, been on it once when i was about 5/6 but had my eyes shut the whole time
Pretty sure that log ride used to sit at the rotunda amusements in folkestone till it closed down. Shockingly the carpets in the Dymchurch arcade still have the JG rotunda insignia on them. Those are probably knocking on for 30/40 year old carpets by now lol.
@@steammachine3061 the log flume at folkestone and dymchurch are 2 different rides, folkestones log flume was bigger. I actually remember the one at folkestone being pretty aggressive when it hit the water lol i was a kid and it would always throw me forward and id hit my face on the rubber cushion

love the little funfair vlogs its great to see you promoting them but we had to laugh bet the dodgem cycle is not usually last that long bet it was cos they are on the telly now ha ha

Miniature railway up the road is well worth a look also Andy .

Nicky Borrill hey, I just log them down in my notes on my phone 👍🏻 i remember every park and every coaster I have ever been on
Coaster Crazy I fell in love with coasters in the 90’s, I can remember every coaster, as there were not many good ones. But, being over 20 years ago I obviously struggle with the dates, the app I downloaded to log them requires dates :(
Plus the amount of times I’ve ridden some of them was uncountable 😂😂😂 I remember going American Adventure every weekend in 97 and often being allowed to sit on the missile, or wolf, for ride after ride after ride.

I haven’t been on a dodgers for ages, but is it just me it did that one look really slow? Plus there looked to be too many cars as well.
Gypsymuffin it was slow but it did speed up a bit and yes loads of cars but it was fun
