This message is so important to preach, especially him letting us know to talk to the Holy Ghost. Because sometimes I pull back from talking to him, because I be wondering or be thinking to myself. Is this like praying to the Holy Ghost. So I'm glad he brought that out clearly, that talking to him is not praying to him, it's relationship, friendship. Because we know who we're to pray to.

This is pulling me off the pity pot. The closer I get to the triune God, the more remote I feel from Him. I can’t get beyond the family spiritual warfare and I’m 63. I want to be a soldier for God and can’t get beyond my family’s selfish emotions. Sounds easy enough and it’s horrible. I ask for breakthrough prayers as my faith in my own prayers is waning. I’m mad at myself for being an underachiever as a believer.
Thank you for teaching me more about the Holy Spirit in this sermon. I know now that He lives IN me, He is always there, He is a person with emotions and a will, He is not a flame or a feeling or a tongue-that is how he expresses Himself, He is a Person and He lives in me.
