Icon vs Icon.. It was named perfectly. I couldn’t believe it when they announced this match up was going to happen! It truly was a fantasy match up.

Austin was way over than the Rock and crowd would not have turned on Austin whereas would they would have cheered for hogan that would have been interesting..

You're wrong. The Rock was just as over as Austin. Not only that, Hogan had began to outshine Austin when he came home and outshined him the whole time be wad back home in the WWF. Look at how Hogan become top guy again, naturally. The people would have cheered for Hogan over Austin. Not only that, the rock was so over, he went on to Hollywood with no problem. Austin couldn't have done that so easily. It was really icon to icon. Hollywood to Hollywood. Nevertheless, Hulk Hogan was a complete natural and they need Vince McMahon like Stone Cold did.
