JBL Go4 and XB100 are the same price here in the UK. I went with Sony and I’m very happy with it. Sound quality and bass is excellent for the size. Main downside is max volume could be better. Main reason I chose Sony is that I want a mini speaker for travelling so battery life and strap features is very important. Plus I’ve been unimpressed with JBL Charge4 which I own. Edit: the 360 degree sound is very good too.
@@aabhasharyal6766 No problem with volume for a room in a house and small outdoor gathering. I normally play at around half volume when just in the house. It won’t shake the room but im not using it for that.

I have Sony SRS-XB100, the sound is clear even the bass is good and deep. For me JBL Go 4 is impressive for loud sound but for me Sony SRS-XB100 is great.

@@CristianCatalinsS8undV1d3o I get what you're saying. My point is I don't want a loud of extra weight and bulk when I'm traveling and I just need it to be loud. I don't need it to pump bass for what I'm using it for. If it was for a party on the beach or pool, etc. then I wouldn't be using any of these speakers.

Not everyone installs the app, so the default sound is more important for most ussers and the Sony sounds better out of the box, of course the sound is subjective, how each of us hear it
