They really should have 8 ball tournaments more, it's the game more people know and it's such a treat to watch
english 8/black ball has more world & int'l c'ships
@@arseniolimbawan9374 yea but the balls dont look cool. Tough sell.
@@arseniolimbawan9374 if I, someone who plays pool and somewhat enjoy to watch tournaments, is having a hard time finding videos for it, imagine for people who plays pool once every month
True
Chinese 8 Ball is also great. Played on tough 7 foot snooker tables.
congrats, but what an effort by Wiktor reaching the finals--really hoping to be seeing more of this young man.
Wiktor is only 20 uears old. He's getting better and better each year.
so glad to see 8 ball back in professional pool, it’s a great game and deserves to be played at least one big tournament a year!
i still cant get over how the cue ball went in between the 15 and 10 THREE TIMES.. what a match.
What a tournament! Cheers to CSI, Karim, and the Predator family for such a great event.
I never watched this sport before but I freaking love how they decide who breaks first
easy tiger
Definitely amazing to watch all these greats play 8 ball. FSR is on fire this year, bravo!! Zielinski will be a world champion one day too, no doubt in my mind. Fantastic event, I plan on being there next year :)
48:44 Whoever whistled in the middle of his shot should be ashamed of themselves.
Obvious shark. That person was "coughing" and then whistled. People always say you should stand up when that happens, but it's harder than it looks. People shouldn't spoil the game with BS like that.
I cried at the end. Don't ask me why. It was beautiful.
I can feel the happiness and old Moments in Francisco's life
Old memories ,family and Friends, maybe all the práctice to suceed in pool too, blessings❤❤
The game just started and I heard the truest
line from a commentator ever(imo). …Tony is trying to describe the
action on the table and talks over Mark.
Mark says to Tony “you go ahead, what you are saying is more important than what I am saying “. ..
Absolutely True!
Crowd was gracious with appause for both players...great final....thanks to you tube...i love the game but never got to watch the pros on tv...
I prefer this format. The shootout 2 set is anticlimactic. Thanks for so much content Predator.
8-ball with a shot clock is the most exciting game to watch, in my opinion. It really brings out the creativity and skill of these world class players. Don't get me wrong, I love rotation 9- and 10-ball games, but these guys make that look too easy sometimes. Plus, 8-ball is much more understood by the average player... it's the most popular game, the one you see casuals play at your local bar, and could definitely be the game that launches professional pool even higher.
Agreed completely 🙏
People who only know bar-rules 8 ball don't know anything.
@@randyhutton9371- That's true, but pool needs to keep bringing in the casual fans to try to hook them to wanting to see more and hopefully learn more along the way.
@@chili015 Pool in school.
Congrats to FSR! Also Wiktor... lots of strong finishes this year for him. Great prize money for top 6. So glad to see the right color balls and no shootout! Amazing. Thank you Predator..
Wish could seen Alex play more and not have to concede due to injuries
It's surprising there aren't more pro 8 ball tournaments because it requires more strategy, so many potential patterns. 9 & 10 ball is just hit the next numbered ball, no options other than defense.
I agree and disagree with you. I think 8 ball is underrated as far as difficulty goes and deserves more purse money and recognition. However, I think 9 ball offers something else more interesting and that is the 9 combo to win it without having to go through the numbers.
played like the number 1 player in the world should play FSR
Agreed. Right now, I'd bet on FSR over pretty much anybody in the world. Guy makes like no mistakes. Incredible.
It really boggles my mind that these guys play wide open like that. I'm mean, going for do or die banks when they have an opportunity to freeze them on a ball and make them kick.
Last year, it was Ouschan winning everything, and now it's FSR...wow
Glad to see Zeilinski in a final!
Its nice to see that 8 ball is never always break and run easily you do get stuck sometimes well played from both playes nice congratulations to the winner 🤗👏👍 well played hope you have better luck next time for the runner up
Zielinski's right sleeve is driving me crazy 😂
Great event. I love seeing pool players getting some professional courtesies finally
Best event ever!
Prices are bigger than 9 balls tournaments. WOW !
Enorme, FSR, enhorabuena.
This guy's is just so perfect words can't explain this match
his game is at the apex right now. great shooting
wiktor in yet another major finals. he's going to start winning some of these pretty soon
The mental part of the game is what decided the outcome in this match. Wiktor can pocket balls as good as anyone. He lost minimal focus on the 11 ball. FSR found his sneakers and did like Forrest Gump. Hats off to FSR. Felicidades Francisco!
Wiktor is going to get his fair share of wins. He is still growing.
I've watched a lot of pool replays recently. The difference between the winners and losers at this level is usually a matter of a few inches of cue ball positioning. Just a few degrees of angle can be the difference between winning a losing. They are ALL great shot makers. When they miss a shot it's often from trying to get a bit more angle by aiming for one side of the pocket.
Okay?
So you're basically saying they're loosing because they're not as good as the other player? ;)
Both players...just really good
My Uncle Mike taught me how to play pool would have loved to learn more from him.
Con xin thành kính tri ân trên Sư Phụ đã chỉ dạy ạ
Genio, enhorabuena desde Zaragoza 💪💫
ရ
30 sec shot clock 8 ball was a genius idea. Thank god...
Nice out after sitting so long
Ruis has a major crown in both tours. A MC win would cap the year off for him.
Interesting how even these amazing players can struggle to find the clearance sometimes, even with their precise positional play. It's strange how you don't find much if any tactical play though, I guess they're just too good at running out. I don't think I've seen a single safety played in any of the games I've watched.
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم ❤❤
US OPEN AND WORLD 8 BALL CHAMPION
This is a great match
I'm amazed at how FSR outguessed the announcers on what ball he would play...and that's why he is the 2022 World 8 ball champ...
US Open Champion and World Champion. Vamossssssss
Alax Pag wouldda never gave up
Congrats Franciso!
Great show, you are doing God's work. Thank you.
good every one
Wow Francisco is a winning machine
Anybody knows the amount of money No1, 2 and 3 got?
How a single mistake can cost your everything....
What brand is Sanchez Ruiz's cue?
i just realise how good i am at 8 ball, with focus and my amamzing break i can go very far. see you soon.
What cue are they using to play?
Belajar dan memahami bidik 👏
I know they “don’t miss” but, I’m confused about their choices to take difficult shots instead of playing defense.
Cool
I can't believe they let Tony commentate the Final. Anyone who's heard him for just one game knows how awful it is
World Billiard TV will you provide us stream for the upcoming Mosconi Cup. There's some of us who won't be able to watch it becouse of stream's.. other countries and so or there is some app that we can watch with it? Thanks anyways
Good rollin table...not to fast... where you could hit ball and cue ball would not slide all over the table...
Man that first break Sanchez took killed all the momentum for Zelinsky lol
I don’t watch a lot of pool tourneys but I feel for the announcers. It basically boils down the announcer saying “nicely done”. “If he breaks well and shoots well he’ll win”. Yeah, sounds about right :).
THERES A NEW BIG DOG IN THE HOUSE. ZIELINSKI IS GONNNA GIVE EVERYONE A RUN FOR THE TOP SPOT.
Nice
Great championship , broadcasting, staff etc
But they should allow to have players a beer while resting since its was 8-ball game ( pub-beer ver of the pool lol) ...was a major miscue lol
Zely is bump and i wonder how can he do it so far. but pretty much fail to compete spanish man ,anyway. I was rooting for Gorst since he is rus, but I also miss a real snooker player to take a challenge at this championship
Why in 3rd game polak scored striped ball in the first stroke but after that continued to play with whole?
The crowd was a bit rude towards Viktor. Beautiful game regardless.
Puerto Rico. Ramblin Robles talked it up like it's heaven, place damn near a slum.
He's a pole and FSR a Spaniard. It makes more sense for them to root for FSR
Does it Hurt you to write Polish with a capital letter.
Can someone explain why he got 3 turns in the 2nd game
What would happen if FRS pockets the oponent's solid brown in 32:26?
Nothing, it would be still his turn
But easy to judge not easy to play as well as ol Wicktor ...he is a wonderfull talent...pulls the cue ball on string in any direction he wants...and just the right distance...really in control...he missed that easy 11 ball and it cost him the championship...tho...Ruiz!!
Ol Wicktor was so far down he gave up at the end...complaining body language...instead of bearing down and not giving up
gees he looks so disappointed during the medals and stuff
Do you need to call pocket before each shot in this game?? I saw these players calling pockets for few shots.
when a shot is obvious, you can skip the "order", otherwise, you should say the exact pocket you attempt to play. Flukes are fouls
Now on you tube you can soak up as much as you want...
لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله ❤
Zielinski me recuerda al Max Verstappen de la era Toro Rosso. Con esa cara de ambición por ganar.
Question. On game 3 he makes a break and hits a stripe down. Then he hits a spot? why? Isnt he supposed to hit stripes
They have added many rules to make 9 ball more difficult...but added rules to make 8 ball easier
How would you suggest making 8 ball more difficult
Maybe if Alex is not injured...anyway congrats champ
1:25:20 Is it okay to stay on solids even though the cue ball hit a stripe first? Can anyone explain?
Regardless whether any balls are pocketed for the break shot; the table remains open (aka you can hit any ball you want without a foul being called), but you still need to call a specific ball in a specific pocket. Only after one player establishes stripes/solids; then your cue ball is obligated to contact your established "color" first whenever you're shooting. In other words: immediately after the break, the table is always open until one player establishes stripes or solids by pocketing a ball in the pocket they called.
@@eddieleeparto7553 So it's okay to start with a stripe-solid combo to take solids when the table is open. Good explanation thanks!
33:16 Isn't it handball?
I’d handle the Polish welcome-but all I learned were the cuss words when I annoyed my Polish grandmothers.
I can’t believe he said “There is no favorite here” dude FSR is N1 that doesn’t make him favorite to win? What a non sense 😂😂😂
Moses Campbell
Loved it my only problem was we had to watch so many shots twice 😂
U guys r talking about patterns u think r right, we all see the table different and have different abilities in cue ball control so the patterns change as we see the table, those young kids maybe have no one to teach them patterns so they r teaching themselves and that totally changes how they see the table, I never shot the game so as an old guy now my patterns would be a mess
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه اجمعين عدد ما كان وعدد ما يكون وعدد الحركات والسكون ❤
With My style, I beat anybody! in pool 🎱
Derby city 9ball
Us open 9ball
World Cup of pool
World 8 ball
Mosconi cup
Yeah that’s a great year lol
With easy rules and winner break...someone is gonna get a lucky break and run 6 racks and its all she wrote...
I hear Germany's going to let Wiktor send his Leopard cue to Ukraine.
Cestitam Davidu, a mene zanima koja je sisata navijacica😄😄
mas gusto nako blackball naay 2 visits
Predator, can we do better with the trophy next year? That is some plasticky, paper-weighty looking shit right there, lol. Props on the prize money though!
la tikusto undertable to
30:19 Isn't this foul?
I'm kinda sorry for the poland player. He for sure deserve more to win.... it better than spanish player for sure. Sad that the final wasn't on 20 games. Lucky for spanish that his breack worked...but he made so many many manyyy mistakes, but on 8 ball it easy to recover. On 9ball spanish would be tortureted by poland. It just my opinion. I'm not a fan of any....they still play like the strategy from corner bar pool. In the end iim happy with the spanish win because it more human as feeling and emotions vs poland who made a ugly remark on a comentator meating, if u listen one of the comentatory mention it.
The commentary would be so much better without Mark White. I watched the match muted because of the absolute drivel spewing forth from Mark White. 🤢🤮
I used to have to do the same years ago when Danny Diliberto was commenting!!! Couldn't stand his Drivel!!!!!
Don't forget about Ramblin Robles. Combine these two and I thanked God for the mute button.
Who the fuck is this guy rambling. Why isn’t he playing instead of running his mouth
Who the hell is this guy talking?
Kenapa harus dia lagi yg menang🥱🙆
lagi jago kali mmg bang jarang kali bikin salah. kesel juga tp wkwkw
