It would be more appropriate to disassemble it, clean it and redo it. But we cannot say that it cannot be done.

In my outdoor workshop, when it rained and snowed in winter, my work was impossible. From time to time, light snow or rain happened when I was doing enjoyable work, of course, with a beret, coat and gloves.
And I decided to build a closed workshop next to my open-air workshop, all 24 square meters. I plan 16 square meters as a workshop and 8 square meters as a sitting area. I think that I can realize my projects while sipping my tea at the cousin while watching the snowfall in winter.
I have allocated a budget of 10 thousand liras.
    workmanship is entirely my own.
    Materials I Will Use:
    * Pencil, Meter, Astik, Sand, Cement, Stone pieces, Wood guard, Waist and Shovel, Wheelbarrow, 80cm spirit level, Lath and rope, 3 meters and 4 meters and 6 meters long 5x10 and 10x10 Planks, interlocking paneling , Osb, membrane, Shingle, nail, Pediment, 3,5x3,5cm 1000 pieces of screws, 5x9cm 250 pieces of screws, Charged drill, Electric drill, hammer, Circular saw, 15 meter power extension cable
    1 stage
    Basic:
I dug around 15 cm of ground and bought scales. I moved more than 50 wheelbarrows to another corner of my garden for later use in my hobby garden.
Then I placed the Tires 2 meters apart and bought another scale.
12 tires from my old cars.
More than 1 meter of sand, 5 cement, shipping included
    24 Pieces Screws
    Some wood saver
    Total 25 $
    Floor:
I made my main frame with 3 planks of 10x10 6 meters in length and 2 planks of 10x10 4 meters in length. I supported the stretch areas with planing planes. When I was sure of its balance, I fixed it with 5.0x9 cm 24 screws. I had half a liter of walnut colored wood protector. I mixed it with thinner and applied it. Later, I set my circular saw to a height of 5 cm and set it so that my 6-meter-long 10x10 planks and 4-meter-long 5x10 planks will be carved / reamed and interlocked. And I rubbed the remaining walnut-colored wood protector on the spots I damaged. I fastened each other with 60 5.0x9 cm screws, two at each point of the joints of the places I carved. I mounted the upper part to the 126 plug-in baseboard with 882 3.5x40 cm screws.
    ...
Key point knowledge 1 = I looked at the stretching of the boards I first carved and I was convinced that the work was progressing in a healthy way. I gave a 52 cm gap and put a wooden board on it and I decided that it was suitable for it.
Key point information 2 = If you calculate the height of your floorboard and know the starting and ending places, you will make the grid you laid at the bottom accordingly, and you will not make an extra effort.
Key point knowledge 3 = I did not need to make a plug-in system and lay the base board, extra braces, L irons, triangles.
Tip info 4 = I suggest that you choose your working planks at most three meters. the longer parts are more prone to stretching. Working with short boards and making grills will get a better job.
    Pine Planks are baked.
It was taken from 1500 cubic meters.
    Ceiling
I left my remaining 15 (5x10) 4-meter planks parallel to the roof, leaving a gap between 38 cm and 48 cm, and I went with 2 screws of 12 cm length from the top and 9 cm length 2 screws from the bottom. I lined up 12 pieces of 11mm osb (122x244) with 3 cm length bust screws.
Since my boards are 4 meters long, I added my planks to the 25 cm ledge I will make from the front and the back.
I tied it with 4 pieces of 25 cm wood to my 2x10 4 meters thin wood to have a 25 cm protrusion to my left and rightmost two planks. I closed it so that no air could enter through the spaces under the ceiling overhangs with the increasing osb and to bind the membrane.
The torrential rain storm made me move quickly as the eight o'clock in the morning came from the megaphone. In addition, I would have done the control of the work done. Thanks to the simple assembly and rope I set up with two planks, I pulled my sandy membranes out of the roof. I covered it from the bottom of the slope, that is, from the lowest part and to cover the bottom. In order not to get under the Osb, I stapled it with 80/14 staples, with the help of the compressor and the gun, with the connection points 10 cm above each other, giving the bottom side a row of five or six fingers. Then I stapled the upper part to be superimposed on it intensively in two rows with 3 fingers. I stapled the bends at the same density to the bottom.
There was a strong wind at the end of the work, it was a short wind, and my observations say it is like a book. We were expecting thunderstorms, but it rained light and it took a short time. If we pass the snow accumulation test in winter, that job is ok.
    12 osb = 75 lira x 12
    5 balls of sandy membrane = 150 pounds x 5
    15 pieces of 5x10 planks 4 lengths = 500 liras
He ate screws for about a hundred pounds.
Experiences gained 1- Building a roof was the hardest part of this job. Difficult to do business above. Having the preparations done below and leaving very little work upwards benefits both the convenience of work and the health of life.
Experiences gained 2- It is difficult to go up and down. I tied the first part and placed its osb. I carried the necessary tools and some materials up and my work became easier from then on.
With experience, it is difficult to insert a 3-12 cm screw. While I was connecting a 10 cm plank with a 5 cm plank, I drilled a 3 cm around 10 mm drill bit into the 10 cm plank. I opened a backup in one above, so that if I had trouble, the place would be ready. After I prepared the screws on the ground, I shipped my boards up.
Experiences gained 4- I chose my long plank, which I will protrude from the far left of the roof, 25 cm. I tied one more plank to increase the strength of these two joined boards. I tied these three bound boards up together. I did the same on the far right of the roof.
Experiences gained 5- Ease of work if the intervals of the Board that we lay on the roof are made by calculating the dimensions of OSB (122x244)
    Provides.
    Gained experience
er 6- I was stepping on the table from the inside and leaving. If you are working alone like me, I recommend that you put the stairs towards the roof before putting the last OSB on the roof. Otherwise, you may have to jump down 3 meters or you will wait for someone like me to take a ladder.
Experiences 7- Small tube and small blower are not enough. The large tube and the appropriate adjustable blower costs around 500 lira. I bought two packs of 80/14 staples for the Air Stapler and got the job done for 15 lira. Just in case, just in case, I put the staple wire very often and in layers. Then I hit them all with a hammer.

Really poor design on the floor joists. No strength. The vertical dimension of the joist is what gives the strength. A 3-4” height floor joist is super weak. On top of that, you’re cutting half way through it, and effectively reducing its strength by half.

For someone with armature experience, he's doing a great job! Also, if it comes down to having a few mistakes that can be reconciled over time or spending ridiculous amounts of money to have it built by a contractor "the right way", I'd rather have a project or two in the future to repair a few mistakes that may or may not make a bit of difference.
