Spicy Peanut Chutney Delight😋

  • Ingredients:
    - 2 Diced Onions
    - Dry Red Chilies
    - Roasted Cumin Seeds(Jira)
    - 1 cup Peanuts (mungfali)
    - 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
    - Hing
    - salt as per taste
    - Jaggery (Gudh)
    - Dry Mango Powder
    - 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
    Steps:
    1. Roast 1/2 cup of peanuts in a pan until they're golden brown.
    2. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and lightly roast them.
    3. Add 1 teaspoon of urad daal and sauté until golden.
    4. Add diced onions, dry red chilies, and hing. Sauté until onions turn brown.
    5. Stir in Kashmiri red chili powder, dry mango powder, and mix well.
    6. Adjust salt with jaggery according to your taste.
    7. Add 2 tablespoons of water, mix, and let it simmer.
    8. Once cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
    9. For tempering, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add 1 teaspoon of urad daal and a dry red chili.
    10. Pour this tempering over the prepared paste.
    11. Your simple and delicious peanut chutney is ready to enjoy
