I have followed these steps up to the point where I hit "write".. then it says "not enough space, do you want to continue anyway?" I hit "yes". After its finished, I am unable to open the SD Card to see what files are inside, when I go to properties, it say free space 0 bytes, used space 0 bytes.. AND when I attempt to format it and set it back to default format settings, it says it's unable to format. I have tried dragging a picture file over it to see if it does actually have space despite the 0 bytes thing.. and it tells me to insert a disk into the SD Card... WAT? Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Or if it's fixable? I decided to try it with the only SD Card we have- which is 1GB, and figured it should be okay. But now it doesn't seem to be able to do anything at all.
well theres a vim s912 build. But no offical amlogic s912 build. Which is what im trying to make happen. Theres emuelec builds but only older buiilds seems to work and it keeps crashing the video drive after an unsuccessful load of a game so far i tried emuelec 3.9 3.8 they all crash video driver after it cant load a game. i was on GT1 nexus 6.0.1 and i flashed it to 7.1.1 alvlanch rom but not i cant use the reset button to boot emuelec i have to use the update app with am_logic auto boot script on 7.1.1 to get into emuelec. im gonna try 3.7 build but after that i might just stick with 7.1 android environment for emulators

Hi all i have a powkiddy y6 game stick. I backed up everything to my mac. Wanted to add games and now no games are showing on emulec menu. I only formatted the roms partition as it had no space to add games. Other partition is emulec with the software files. Now when I load the y6 no games are showing on emulec at all. I dont know how to find the scan game list section on emulec if thats the way to do it? Please help! 🙏🏿

I've been trying to get this working for days.. Downloaded the latest Emuelec, unzipped with winrar, tried All the programmes to write it, etcher, rufus, and win32, tried it on multiple different sd cards, tried every single img in device trees, still won't work, just won't boot the card, i tried holding the reset button, i even installed Libreelec to force boot from the sd card, all it does is take me to the recovery screen.. i have the 905 with 1gb ram and 8gb storage. i'm giving up. i tried everything and failed, and i'm not trying anymore.

Hmmmm.... at 01:40 your game started right away . Are you using something other than retroarch for the game emulation? When i tried emuelec it would always bring up the retroarch window whenever I would start and end a game.
Got the emulator working, but my PS4 controller (which is connected and configured) left analog stick isn't working i.e. can't turn left and right in Mario Kart. Bought a wired SNES-type controller but that has the same problem as the PS4 controller, I can't use the D-Pad in-game. Anyone have any ideas? 🤨🤨

I've downloaded EmuELEC, Balena/Etcher and Linux but for some reason I can't flash the sd card with EmuELEC! I can't go from there! I've downloaded Winrar, Winzip, 7win and nothing! I don't know what to do anymore and honestly I'm a bit desperate! Can you please help me or tell me what to do! Or if you could do it I'll pay you for it! This is cool and I already got a T95Max SX03 powered box up n running with ETA prime`s guide but I can`t seem to find on the net a surefire way too add my own videos, screenshots from my other PC emu builds etc for some emus that I now have running on the Android box ? I`ve used screenscraper from the menus to fleshout the media for my snes and TG16 collection but on other systems like my Genesis or Mame collection it can`t do that for many of the roms and so I`ve tried adding them manually as I all ready have whole sets of media for most systems but EmuElec just ignores them even when they follow the same directory/file format as the screenscraped media that I got ? I find this very odd that it just won`t pickup onb any media that I added myself even when I added suffix text like -video or -image to them like I saw that screenscraper did and yes I refreshed game lists after just like I did when I used screenscraper. And so ..... how on earth do I get media files that I already have to show up in the game lists instead of them being ignored ? anyone ?

i had a problem with the dtb file for x88 pro x 3 tv box amlogic franklin s905x3 ,and after trying many images i have found a dtb file that boots into emuelec and create partitions then a black screen for 120 seconds after that boots again and freezes at the emuelec loading page for ever any suggestion please thanx
why do you need to use filezilla to add your games? why not just pop the sdcard in your pc and copy the games from your pc to the sdcard? also how are you playing retroarch using usb? whenever i have tried to use retroarch it only detects bluetooth control and not wired gamepads?

Hello, I have a problem with the controllers ... I connected one via cable and another via Bluetooth ... Both work in the menu and the game selection .. but as soon as I start a SNES game, for example .. !!! comes the message that the controllers are not set .. !! and none of the two controllers suddenly no longer works ... no button works .. and I do not come back to the main menu and have to restart the Android box ... after the restart both controllers work again .. but as soon as I play a game start comes the message again and nothing works ... furthermore i have no sound ... neither in the menu..nor in the game ... can you help me..please

It's how retropie works for the Pi COMPUTERS . Emulators appear when you add games. Normally you can use a flash drive to copy over the games.

i had a problem with the dtb file for x88 pro x 3 tv box amlogic franklin s905x3 ,and after trying many images i have found a dtb file that boots into emuelec and create partitions then a black screen for 120 seconds after that boots again and freezes at the emuelec loading page for ever

why do you need to use filezilla to add your games? why not just pop the sdcard in your pc and copy the games from your pc to the sdcard? also how are you playing retroarch using usb? whenever i have tried to use retroarch it only detects bluetooth control and not wired gamepads?

Hello, I have a problem with the controllers ... I connected one via cable and another via Bluetooth ... Both work in the menu and the game selection .. but as soon as I start a SNES game, for example .. !!! comes the message that the controllers are not set .. !! and none of the two controllers suddenly no longer works ... no button works .. and I do not come back to the main menu and have to restart the Android box ... after the restart both controllers work again .. but as soon as I play a game start comes the message again and nothing works ... furthermore i have no sound ... neither in the menu..nor in the game ... can you help me..please
