    Going To The Gym And Not Seeing Results?
    Are you going to the gym but not feeling unmotivated?

    Rutger Vriijdag from the Netherlands was struggling with all of this. He was not seeing results, which made him feel unmotivated, which led him to take breaks and be inconsistent.
    His wife saw how frustrated and demotivated he was trying to lose weight, build lean mass, and be a fit vegan!
    Rutger's wife checked on IG and me. She connected me with Rutger, and once, we talked on zoom.
    Rutger lost 28 lbs (13 kg) following my BodyHD Fitness app within 22 weeks!
    Rutger had to take some breaks from the program for emergencies, but he never gave up!
    Rutger feels the healthiest he’s ever been; he loved the guidance and accountability to keep him on track and to learn how to eat correctly!
    Rutger has started his reverse diet when we focus on adding more calories to his diet and building lean muscle mass!
