- "In The Middle" med The Mamas slutade på plats 3 i finalen.

The Mamas fick sitt stora genombrott och vann svenska folkets hjärtan när de tog hem vinsten i Melodifestivalen 2020 med låten ”Move”, och Ash Haynes, Loulou Lamotte och Dinah Yonas Manna har intagit en självklar plats på den svenska musikscenen.
Sedan vinsten har The Mamas haft stora toppliste- och radioframgångar och uppträtt i bland annat Allsång på Skansen, Idol och för kronprinsessan Victoria på hennes födelsedag. I höstas släppte de sin debut-EP ”Tomorrow Is Waiting”.
Nu står de på Melloscenen för tredje året i rad, som de första omedelbart återkommande vinnarna sedan Fame 2004.

The Mamas om bidraget:
- Vi var i studion med Robin Stjernberg och gjorde klart vår EP. Han spelade upp låten, och vi tyckte väldigt mycket om den och ville testa att sjunga in den. När vi gjort det kändes det magiskt, som att vi måste göra det här. Vi grät, det var så starka känslor.
I feel so bad for The Mamas. They deserve to go to Eurovision and hopefully they’ll represent Sweden some day

Their song “Move” reached America and many other places! These ladies are so talented and I really think they deserved to win this year! But they definitely have a big career ahead of them! Winners of our hearts & Maybe one day they will be able to represent Sweden again!♥️ Our muses!

I feel awful for them, they won their ticket in 2020 and it was robbed by Corona. Hoping they won't give up with their career and maybe try another year.
In 2023 because they can't participate three years in a row in melodi..
I think they look at it with a laugh and a crying eye. In 2019 they were already on the big ESC stage with John Lundvik and I don't think they will end their career.

@@luisernesto9148 its an 'unwritten' rule to keep the contest line up fresh and exciting. Some artist also take 2-7 years break before returning(eg. Wiktoria, Saade, Lisa Ajax, Loreen).
@@SilverStrumer so technically they have never accepted artists who have participated three years in a row although they might. Remember The Mamas were credited as backing vocals on 2019, let’s just hope they’ll return one day😔

I’m so upset for you guys. You guys are so amazing and always interact with fans. This wasn’t a just performance, you guys put so much soul and heart in this which made this a winner for me. I love you ladies, I really hope to see you one day at Eurovision

Even though this wasn't my fave to win, their energy is something unmatched. Not just in this year's Melodifestivalen, but in general throughout Swedish entries, they make me the happiest, just with their presence and good vibes.

I hate to see The Mamas taking part in the batch of 2020 artists who are not coming back this year. In the Middle is another proof that you don’t need an over-the-top song to make a meaningful impact. I believe Eurovision needed this.
