how to resolve spindle drawbar problem HMC/VMC

spindle drawbar is very critical part in spindle assembly if CNC machine. It is use to hold spindle tool in spindle to a required toold clamping force. In case of Tool loose in spindle we need to check the spindle drawbar parts like collet, disc spring and declamp cylinder. If drawbar not holding the tool with sufficient force then there is a high chance of tool damage , quality issue like poor surface finish or chatter and chance of spindle damage. loose tool may lead to machine accident or injury to operator.
