sometimes it wont play a song and it will get stuck. you gotta skip it to get it going again, if its not that. in settings theres an autoplay toggle you can click
after you log into streamelements on the left hand side at the bottom you should see an "other" option that is where media request should be. let me know if that helped

I'm not at the computer atm, but if you go into advanced audio properties and make sure it says monitor, it should work.
