Thank you, it's useful to see the quivers in detail. I was thinking of upgrading myself as I use the old Tec One target quiver with the tubes. The new Tec One with the rubber dividers looks good but the small pocket with the magnet is a step back. I prefer the older small pocket as it had two compartments both with zips. This was really useful not only for the finger tab but also small items like allen keys that would be easy to lose if there was no zip. I wouldn't put them in the large pocket as they would get buried amongst the other bits I'd keep in there. I think it could also be improved by another plastic clip next to the first one. One hook isn't necessarily enough.
The Avalon branding is just so busy and loud. The Easton equipment seems to be better quality and much more subtle. Just wish they would restock once in a while haha.
thanks for the review. Avalon TEC X is my favorite. very nice built quality. Been using it for almost 6month now and it still looks brand new. Big diffrence in weight. I wouldnt take it out on a 3D course its to bulky. Then field quiver is superior when u want a agile and light quiver that doesnt make arrows tangle up in the branches walking a forrest path course.
I ordered the Tec X Target and I think when I get it I'm going to remove the 3 rear dividers, lowering it from 6 arrow compartments to only 3.. This will also create more space near you, moving the arrows more forward and away from you. But we'll have to wait till I receive it as that could change once I get it on and try the spacing..
Did you end up removing them? I’m thinking of getting one.
@@pastyhauler No, not yet as I haven't even used it since I bought it. It is holding 12 arrows and hanging in the room collecting dust type thing, but it looks cool lol.

I'm a little less interested in quivers that use tubes, most quivers I've bought are those that use separators, for example like field quivers and competition quivers ..sometimes I feel like a quiver collector. Brands like Avalon tec X tournament quiver, wns f.quiver, krossen hyper tournament quiver, SF quiver, and there are a few others..

Absolute newbie question. My quiver came with plastic tubes inside. I've been putting my arrows inside these and it make a hell of a lot of noise when I walk. Was I supposed to take the plastic tube out as I don't see them in any reviews
Hi, I have the old Tec One quiver with tubes. You leave them in. Yes the arrows clang around a lot. The tubes on mine have also popped out of the base and I can't get them back in or pull them out completely for some reason, so they stick up and I keep having to push them down. Not the best construction but it's done it's job. I've been looking for an upgrade but haven't found anything I like yet. I would have bought the new one in the video but as per my comment above, the small single pocket (with magnet and no zip) is a step back in my opinion.
glue some neodymium magnets in the bottom and put some fabric tape across the tube top ends - rattle gone ^^
