I am being constantly told that I am throwing my money away by doing work on the homes I live in but I live where I choose, not where I can afford and my home is my nest, a place that gives me the strength to face life in general and besides do we ever own anything in life. As Ben says it's the banks who own your home and they own you too ! I am so good to my homes that no owner would put me out but I do move a lot because I can.
I always thought he came from money...He refers to Rugby St, which at that time would've had Rennart on it, the place that would become Pentreath and Hall. SO it HAD already happened, to a degree. At least when they left, he came in. The rest of the street hasn't changed particularly, really, just flats.
What an encouraging talk. Thank you, Ben.

I'm a renter and have no intention of buying which doesn't stop me from restoring the places I live in.
So exclusive; so precious; so smug; such a bore...........................
